It appeared that my order was overlooked, and I needed to politely remind a staff member to prepare it. The venue itself is quite compact, which might make it challenging to accommodate a large number of patrons. Additionally, there was a television screen in one corner that was not easily viewable from other parts of the dining area due to its size. Overall, the ambiance was acceptable.“

“I normally come in for their Friday buffet (which is always delicious) and I’ve also been in for their new lunch platter (again, excellent) but today came in taking advantage of their new loyalty club’s offer of complimentary Pav Bhaji. The flavors were amazing. The bread was perfectly, lightly toasted. The owner told me they will be adding this dish to their everyday menu, and I 100% recommend you coming in to try it. “Went in for the first experience of a chicken tikka takeout. Was very delicious & naan bread was fresh n tasty. My second visit was a sit-in for chicken biryani(bone in). Absolutely delicious flavourful we were 2 if us , but shared 1 portion which was a very generous helping with gravy , yoghurt salad( raitha), green salad. We left very happy & full. “After a long time, I felt compelled to write a review for an Indian restaurant because our family truly enjoyed the food at Nag’s Kitchen.
There are a few strong reasons why this place stood out for us:

1. Warm hospitality and clear explanations: From the moment we walked in, we were greeted very warmly. The staff took the time to patiently explain each food item and its ingredients, which we really appreciated. A special mention to the person at the register wearing an orange hoodie—he explained everything in great detail and maintained a genuinely welcoming smile throughout the conversation. That personal touch made a big difference.

2. Excellent food quality: The items we ordered were all very good, but the Goat Fry Piece Biryani deserves special praise. The meat was perfectly cooked, extremely flavorful, and the pieces were tender and delicious. It truly stood out as one of the best goat biryanis we’ve had in a while.

3. Fresh and natural taste: Another thing we liked is that the food did not seem to contain any artificial colors or added tasting salt. The flavors felt authentic, clean, and home-style, which is not easy to find these days.

I ordered the idli and dosa with chicken curry, and it was a genuinely satisfying meal from start to finish.

The idlis were steamed to absolute perfection — soft, fluffy, and exactly what you’d hope for. The coconut chutney and sambar on the side were both delicious and complemented the idlis beautifully. The dosa was thin but not crispy, which is exactly my preference — so if you like yours the same way, you’ll be happy here.

The chicken curry was the one dish that was a bit too spicy for my palate, but honestly, that’s just me — most people who enjoy a bold, well-spiced curry will find it just right.

What really sets Sindhus apart is the selection of homemade Indian snacks. They are absolutely delicious and a must-try — don’t leave without picking some up!

Requirements shared over a text message for Satvik food for a group of around 20 people and they immediately understood what we want and ensured that every single item was prepared with great care. The combo meal with fish curry, beef dry fry, moru curry, pickle, achar, and payasam was spot on. The mackerel fry and anchovy fry were crispy, flavorful, and tasted just like back home. The pulisseri tied everything together beautifully with its homely, soulful touch — every bite felt nostalgic.

The snacks — medhu vada, ullivada, sukhiyan, and neyyappam — were pure comfort food. Perfectly done, crispy outside and soft inside, with authentic flavors in every bite.

“We ordered catering from Swagath Biryani for my dad’s 85th birthday celebration (300 guests), and it was an excellent experience overall. The Chicken Tikka Biryani was outstanding, flavorful, perfectly cooked, and clearly freshly made. The portion sizes were far more generous than expected, which was a pleasant surprise.

Viya was wonderful to work with while placing the order very professional, attentive, and took the time to call and confirm everything. “I found this on google maps an realized it was in an Indian grocery store. But don't let that distract you. Looks like this is the place to get some quick, no frills Indian food. There was a short line and I didn't want to hold it up so I found something and ordered it - poori with channa masala. I've never had poori. The channa masala was fresh smelling and piping hot. Spicy too!

There was a second line for chaat foods. And it looked like some of the other diners had thali dishes (think mixed appetizer plates). I'm curious to try some of the other foods, especially from the chaat menu. I'm sure I'll be back.“
