“The sandwiches were great today. Fresh ingredients and bread and great service. My only consistent complaint with the Lytle location is that the ice machine for the fountain sodas has been broken for awhile...more than 6 months if not a year. Whenever we ask, the manager is always across the street at HEB getting ice.“

“Let me say that I just received the best put-together sub from Subway I have ever seen. Isaiah needs a raise. He was even quicker than normal ones that just through it together. Props Isaiah, keep the drive to do things right and to the best of your ability 👏“

“There was only one person working his name was ???Tony?? and let me tell you he was very nice, he was also very pleasant and engaging. Kept cleaning his working area as he went I noticed the health board score on the wall was a 99 ?????? I made sure to let him know I appreciated the great service and to keep up the good job. Is soooo far an in between to come across good people providing good service the service industry needs a lot more people like ??Tony??“

“Overall good. But, Dre made it excellent. She is very efficient, calm, and very good at her job. I came to this Subway about 5:30 pm. She's the only one working, yet making it go as fast as reasonably possible. She didn't show it, but I'm sure she was a bit stressed. They really need to have at least 1 other person to help her. That and she should definitely be paid extra.“

“Just wanted to compliment Jessica who waited on me. Very friendly and suggested something new that I had not thought of. The young man working was friendly as well. He was going to go ahead and ring me up but Jessica said no we are visiting! Just very engaging. I don’t often see this in the fast food industry.“

“The staff was amazing friendly (almost like a best friend) and super fast but yet really slow and neat. My sandwich looked like it was made by an artist. I would recommend to my family and friends to come and get a sandwich from this sandwich artist. Her name tag say "Skylar" but her heart said "wife".“
