“Ok. So we went to Red Lobster to try their new seafood boil bag. We've been loyal Mr Crabbys seafood boil bag customers for 5 years. Finding really great seafood outside of NH is hard. So hard..... Until now. The RL boil bag is far superior. Here's why: 1. The seasoning is just right. Choice of garlic & butter or Cajun. Got the Cajun- because that's the only seasoning in a proper boil bag that's acceptable. 1a. The seasoning is far better as it's not drowning in oil- causing constant crab splatters. 1b. The seasoning does not overpower the taste of the seafood like Mr Crabbys does. You can actually taste the lobster- shrimp and crab. 2. The bag comes with 6 more shrimp (12 total) than Mr Crabbys 6. The lobster tail is split fully in half rather than just slashed down the top spine- making it difficult at Mr Crabbys to pull the meat out in one swipe. (That's what she said) 3. The bag does NOT come with sausage if you order the Mariners Bag. However it can be added. Here's the closer- it's REAL Andouille sausage- not kielbasa. Me Crabbys has been using kielbasa the last few times we went. If you know the difference in flavor- you'll understand why this matters. 4. I wore my bib cuz I'm accustomed to having the food drip all over me as I crack and work for my reward. It was not needed. Even with dumping the bag into the tray- it was not over saturated in oil- but rather delicately seasoned with butter. Over all- we have a new Sunday Boil Bag date location. I never thought I'd stray from Mr Crabbys- but shockingly- Red Lobster has become the affair worth having. They did good with hiring this new CEO who brought this brain child to my beloved Maine lobster Locale here in the Deep South. If yall see this- please- from this coastal New England girl trying to get a nut in the RGV.....don't ever drop this from the menu. Sincerely Your newest fan.”

It gets packed pretty fast so I recommend you guys either get there early or go by yourself to sit at one of the smaller tables. Sandwich came out fresh and every bite was great especially using the spicy Russian sauce. I highly recommend eating it there while it’s fresh”

“It's been awhile since I've been here so there was new menu items to try. 1st was the Tropical Mango Sunrise with strawberry Boba.It was very good definitely a sweet refresher. Next was a new appetizer the Crispy Eggplant with Togarashi Aioli sauce.Have to say it was delicious! A highlight of my meal. I chose the spicy chicken and it was ok, just mildly spicy ,more on the sweet side.Texture wise it was almost sticky. Shared a side of Chilli Garlic green beans and we liked them but they could of used more garlic ,they were more sweet then savory.The Noodles we added were good as well alot better than the fried rice .The rice was so bland no flavor at all.Over all a decent meal Definitely order the crispy eggplant again but not the spicy chicken. My husband got the Sweet and Sour Chicken and he enjoyed it.To end this on a very positive note our server,Roger, was very nice and professional. All the staff were, from the Hostess to the runners that helped serve.Great job everyone!”

No soy una persona que consuma alcohol pero en ese momento quise pedir una margarita , al moverla sobre la servilleta húmeda, se atora y cae en la mesa ; un mesero de cabello largo, muy amablemente, se acercó a apoyarnos a limpiar, muy apenados le agradecimos el gesto (por no ser nuestro mesero pero sí por resolver ). A los pocos minutos llega Kate, mesera en turno de la mesa nuestra; me pregunta qué pasó y antes de que yo le compartiera toda apenada ella agrega la frase “o ya andas pe$@$a / drunk??” A lo que mi respuesta fue un super incómodo “jamas”. Entiendo que vivimos en una época en donde, para muchos , hasta risa hubiera salido de un comentario como el de ella; pero para mí fue una falta total de respeto. No encontré a Víctor al final y ya compartí mi experiencia también en su website oficial porque considero que la retroalimentación es vital para quienes somos prestadores de servicio en cualquier ámbito. “Recently moved here. I’ll occasionally grab a breakfast taco. By far my favorite stripes-7/11 to stop by out of any other one in the area. I was really impressed by their employee Juan who works on the Laredo taco company side. Very kind and such an interactive person, every conversation we’ve had has been delightful. You don’t see a lot of people who take pride in what they do, he has a great attitude and loves what he does. He never fails to radiant his positive energy when I stop by. Customer service is a 10/10 with him.”

Ashely would stop by to check if we needed anything and Mr Gilbert, the owner also stopped over to greet us. I have tried the other two vegan restaurants now and I have to say that Maria Cruz has an extensive menu with a variety of Latin cuisine. The tacos, sopa and drinks are delicious! The plato surtido is very good too. My parents aren't vegan but they've enjoyed the torta and enchiladas as well. the French toast is awesome también. I love going there with my parents whenever I'm in town.”

The breakfast tacos were delicious. All the fillings for tacos were great except for the bean taco, and I usually love beans but these tasted very bland. The tortillas tasted really like they were made at home and the gorditas were .... amazing. The maza had an amazing flavor and they aren't stingy with the salsa. Definitely recommend!!”

“This is our favorite restaurant, so we visit regularly (not as often as I wish, but as often as we are able to). The food is delicious and, although times are tough, they still deliver great value for our hard-earned money. So, we decided to take my husband there for his 50th birthday.
We were a larger group, so thanks to whomever picked my phone call earlier in the day and guided me through to make a “google reservation”. I didn’t even know that existed! We arrived, our table was ready, and we didn’t have to wait at all!
I had a few family members confirm a little too late, but our waiter Pete (oh wonderful Pete!), was happy to add an additional table to our party. The rest of the night Pete and a fleet of helpful waiters tended to every one of our needs… we try not to be super annoying, but you always have that family member who needs “more butter… more soda.. more butter” every five seconds, and they were all patient, helpful and wonderful! I am convinced there was not a single employee we didn’t bother during our visit.
Between the food and dessert some of us walked outside, and one family member wanted a picture (yeah, the one with the butter and soda 😒)… and an employee (obviously either done with her shift and waiting for her Uber or taking a break) offered to take our picture for us. I thought that was the sweetest thing ever because she was not on the clock. That’s the spirit I kind of get from the team working at this restaurant when I visit (I don’t know if it is the same everywhere).
The bill came, it didn’t break our piggy bank (excellent value for $$, and did you know they don’t charge gratuities??? So tip your waiters and waitresses right!), and my husband had a wonderful 50th b-day. He loves the food, but I know he also appreciates your hard work to make it special for your customers. Thank you Pete, other staff and management. We had a wonderful time (every time).”

And if it the drink we had wasn’t the correct one then why did it take her 30 minutes to just pour it for us since it was just a simple beer. I proceed to see her act rude and point at me and my boyfriend while she was complaining to another server that was working the cocktail area. I found this very unprofessional and rude how dear this bartender feel the need to not only take 30 minutes to pour are beer but to come up to use after are server dropped it off just to say it wasn’t the right one when she didn’t even ask what kind of beer it was that we had so she just assumed it wasn’t correct I found her very rude and I would understand if she was busy but it’s wasn’t so she had no excuse for being as rude as she was. But overall we loved our server James he was amazing and I would definitely come again just to have him as my server”

No wonder the person I followed could not flush even if she tried because "it's out of order". From then on we used the restroom outside. I almost vomited the food I ate.
