“This Black Rock Coffee location is truly one of a kind! The team that Meli and Jeeda have put together is outstanding!!! Customer service here is a thousand out of ten. Every single time I come through, whether at the drive-thru or inside, I’m greeted with kindness, energy, and genuine care. They honestly go above and beyond, and it makes such a difference.

I love this location so much that I’ll happily drive 30 minutes just to come here!! And yes, I even come twice a day sometimes because the experience is that good! I’ve tried plenty of other coffee shops in the area, but nothing compares. The coffee and the fuels here are legit—rich, balanced, and never just “sugar in a cup.” You can really taste the difference.

I’ve visited other Black Rock locations too, and while they’re good, it’s night and day compared to the team Meli and Jeeda have created here. They’ve built something truly special. As someone who’s new to the state, the way they’ve welcomed me and made me feel like part of the community means so much!! That’s why I’ll always keep coming back.

I know the employees have to do what they are told and it's my own fault because I should have known better to ask for no ice but if you people really want to get your money's worth then I suggest you ask for little or no ice. I feel cheated. I'm sure corporate in a lot of companies add so much ice for a reason unless you ask them not to. The more ice the less drink the less drink the more you pay. It's really a scam.“

I came in for an iced coffee and an Americano, and they made it with love and even wrote a friendly message on my cup. Me and my puppy dog sat on the patio and enjoyed a wonderful Sunday. Thank you to matthew and his team for being so kind and just good humans. This is what life is all about the coffee was fresh and the store was so well put together and there’s so much patio space to really enjoy a quiet setting to get work done or just relax. If all cafés were like this, the world would be a better place that being said if you’re looking for the best coffee in the county or a very good quality Starbucks than this is your best choice“
