“The crew at this store are fantastic. I bought a whole dinner there and when I was leaving they noticed they had accidentally added a sandwich to my order. They could have let me drive off without saying a word but they ran out and flagged me down. They offered to give me my money back or pick something else from the store that was close to the value but not less then the value. I picked a couple turkey slices priced a little higher then the sandwich rather then getting the money back. Super happy the crew at this store.”

“We haven’t been to this Hooters location in years—mostly because I couldn’t handle all the crickets during cricket season. We usually go to the one in Garland/Rockwall, but my husband and I decided to give this one another try since it’s closer to home and they had a late-night wing promo. It wasn’t very busy, so we’re not sure if they were short-staffed, but the order did take quite a while. That said, once the food arrived, everything was cooked perfectly—and our waitress was very nice and apologetic which made the experience better.”

We can always count on this particular Denny's to be open; the servers, Michael or D.J., to be on point and smiling; and the food to be excellent. However when the food it came the food on one of the plates was cold. The mashed potatoes were very runny(watery) and full of lumps, nothing like we normally get. Our waitress brought our food and never came back yet she was continually filling drink glasses etc to the two tables behind us. I finally was able to ask for a drink refill when the checks came but by this time it was too late. If this had been my first visit I wouldn’t be going back.”

(ALSO, the literacy rate displayed in most negative reviews shows that the authors are not very well-educated. Coincidence?) I recommend the "Robert's Plate" which is not on the printed menu, but in the computer. It's 3 eggs, Carne guisada, beans, papas, salsa verde, flour tortillas, cafe canelo.”

They are fresh and delicious. They put the perfect amount of creme filling in the middle of the Dubai chocolate cookies. Some of the topping did fall of the top so be careful taking that first bite! I have zero complaints. The smell of the shop had me so ready to try the cookies! The packaging is too cute. They also have different packaging options for multiple occasions! No more "raise the flag" for service, but my waitress checked back with me frequently so no problems there. The restaurant is not fancy. It's been there for a long time, and it may not be in the most prosperous strip shopping center, but it was clean. The lady's rest room could use some work, but better than many of the places I've been to. I highly recommend this Mesquite location to anyone with a craving for Pancho's.”
