“In my past visits, I have to say I Didn’t have good experience the person taking my order was kind of rude and had an attitude, but let me tell you …. I hope this continues because I noticed The young ladies on staff tonight really did a great job From ordering through the drive-through and waiting for my food to be brought to me . I have to say they made today’s experience a great one for me. Forgot to ask for honey at the window, and the young lady went back in and brought me some honey. I appreciate the great service and the food was on point delicious. It was hot and fresh and those apple bites. Please keep those on the menu Unfortunately, unfortunately, I did not get their names.“

“I had a great experience. I choose to eat here while i waited for my vehicle from discount tire. The server Natzyelle was very courteous and kind. She went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The food was very flavorful. My only qualm was the bbq chicken had a dry side but the rest of the chicken was excellent.“

“Got take out for my teen grandson bc he didn't want to go eat Thanksgiving with us & friends. I wish I had bought this for me! He let me taste a piece of chicken and it was so tender & crunchy and great tasting! We will definitely be back!“

“First of all let me say thanks to guy at the counter at lunch July 3rd. He was very nice, wished me happy birthday and was very personable. I'm a chatty people person, and he was a super great guy. The food was great, the service was the best I've witnessed anywhere. Location was clean and very organized. One of THE BEST locations I've been. And I've been to alot across this country. Again. I wish I'd remembered the guys name and could thank him. The service industries need more like you sir.“

“While this place is close to home, I had never stopped there until tonight. I let a couple I met place my order for me and was shocked when I got home as how good it was and the memories of my childhood was brought back. If anyone has a chance to go here you really have to the catfish was out of this world. 5 stars to this place and I'll being a regular from no own. Best food ever“

Chick fil a is definitely still training today's generation on work ethic, professionalism, and just being willing to accept a customers order/complaint/request with grace from a position of helpfulness and problem solving instead of with a negative attitude and disrespect. “Ceder Hill location while I was in town, my first visit real life hands down feel like all 10 out 10 all are doing keep rocking great atmosphere love the layouts check them out and return. I had a six piece delicious wing dinner with fries. The signature sauce was great.“

“We eat there maybe 3 times a month. Good food, always. Always use the drive through. But they have a habit of leaving things out. Tonight we got an 8 piece bucket with cole slaw and potatoes. They left out the gravy!!! and no receipt!“

“Dear chic fila staff , thank you! I come here almost every morning to get my day started and when I order my breakfast with my burrito , cookie parfait and large sweet tea you guys NEVER forget my salsa even when I forget! The staff is impeccable in my opinion if you are understanding so will they be - we are all human. Thank you to the mobile lady who always hands my food and tell me to have a great day when im not feeling my best, or the guys at in the morning to go line who remembers my order or the wonderful women in with glasses who always asks me if i need anything or refills while im dinning in sometime in the morning. The staff are so amazing and just know someone is noticing it and is thankful for your service!“

“I took two of my granddaughters to this location to eat. One of the female workers assisted my oldest granddaughter with getting straws and a cup for ice cream. The nice brought it to them at our table.

“I can’t say enough good things about Slim Chickens! We came here tonight for the first time. It was a pre-pandemic experience! The salt and pepper was out. All the napkins and lids and straws and plastic ware. Everything other places now hoard behind the counter and grumble to give you… Slim Chickens gives you! And with a smile!! Great great place.“

“I can’t express how amazing the team here is. I put in my pickup order, and by the time I walked in to get my order, it was ready, and I placed it while in my car. The manager—I did not get his name—let me know an item was missing. I didn’t mind because the order was ready so quickly, and of course they’re always so friendly and have the best customer service, but I just wanted to express how amazing of an experience I just had.“

“First time, customer here! I ordered the Kickin Kay Lynne and it was soooo good! Fresh ingredients and you get a lot of chicken salad, not just a small portion. I ordered to go and I got my choice of chips (but you can pick other sides) plus it came with a pickle and a small cookie! I loved it and will certainly be back!!!“
