“I recently ate here while visiting from out of town! It was the best meal I’ve had in years! The rolls were fresh and melted in my mouth! The meatloaf was amazing, able to taste every ingredient! The broccoli was steamed and perfect for my taste! The dessert was ice cream with blackberry cobbler! It was divine!!! My only bad thing was I would have enjoyed having a spoon instead! There was one waiter taking care of the front part of the restaurant that was on point the entire evening! He was very engaging with all of his patrons and kept everything clean! “I went to The Henley with high expectations based on my past dining experiences with Executive Chef Patrick McElroy, which had always been strong.

During my visit in February, I ordered two petite filets, both medium rare. Unfortunately, they came out overly charred to the point of being crunchy and burnt. It was a clear miss on execution, especially for a steakhouse-level dish.

To be fair, the waitstaff and bartenders were excellent—attentive, professional, and did their job well.

After initially not receiving a response, I was later contacted by Food & Beverage Manager DeLance Woods. He handled the situation professionally, was polite, and took ownership in a way that reflects well on both the restaurant and the Hilton brand. That level of follow-up and accountability matters, and it changed my overall impression of how they handle issues“

Even though charging premium prices, all condiments on table were of the cheapest kind, loaded with toxic high fructose corn syrup and a nasty butter substitute with soybean oil and a chemical cocktail of other ingredients. Lord only knows what kind of sub-par ingredients go into the food. For prices you charge, you can do better than this!“

“Ii never liked chicken salad until I ate here. I always go through the drive-thru, and the service is great. The food is superb, and fresh. The best chicken salad, and the best choice for different recipes of chicken salad.

While there may be a lot of options in the area, there are incredibly few as good as this spot. It doesn’t matter if you’re looking for food, drank, or vibe - THIS is the spot you looking for!
I’m not from New Orleans, but I visit several times a year and it is my favorite place to go!
I would say that SCDF is quite authentic. They have karaoke nights, live music, and other events. They even had Eggnog daiquiri flavor during the most recent holiday season.

We learned that when going to Lolo‘s, you want to put yourself on the waiting list on the app before walking in, we waited two hours to be seated although the music was great and food was mighty tasty. On Sundays Nana's Kitchen serves her special menu of Oxtails over rice, Smothered turkey wings, Beef tips over rice. Chicken spaghetti is also a fan favorite!! “My family has eaten at this establishment for years now. We do not eat there frequently since we live about 30-40 minutes away but it's my son's favorite chicken place so we go as often as we can. The food is always great, I cannot think of a single time we've ever had an issue. The staff has always been kind and attentive. However, today was a unique day. My son asked to eat there for his 6th birthday. Some hours have passed so I hope I am not misremembering the name but Caleb greeted us at the door and provided the best service I've ever had at a fast food establishment from beginning to end. As someone who has worked in the food industry and knows the workers typically do not get the recognition they deserve, I felt it was important to notify his manager and write this review. We are very grateful to Caleb and to Slims for a wonderful experience and my son especially enjoyed his birthday brownie!“
