18 Best Fast Food Restaurants near Palmer

“A big thank you to the workers at Sonic in Palmer, TX tonight who went above and beyond to help make our little ones happy after they’d spent hours in the car traveling today, then been traumatized by getting stuck in a very bad hail storm. We appreciate y’all!!“

“We LOVE Snowking! Everyone is so nice! They still have the BEST snow cones and the prices are great! And they also offer one for all the dogs! 💜🥰💜“

“Bigger parking lot 😀😀😀😀😀💯“

“I was having a pretty rough day and I arrived around 7:45 pm in the drive thru. Brianda is just all bright, kind, and with a shiny spine. Incredibly kind and reread our order to us to ensure everything was correctly. Her salutations and good evening were genuine. Our food arrived hot and quick. With a nice hot yummy Mac n cheeeeese. Will always come to Chick Fil A when I need it. #2 meal with fries and a water and a spicy deluxe meal with lemonade.“

“Why can't Ennis location get chicken salad? And why is your phone line ALWAYS busy...do you leave it off the hook?“

“It was clean. The service was quick and efficient. They did my order correctly. The food was very good. My grilled cheese was tasty and my fries were hot.. not stale hot, you know what I mean. They weren't sitting under a heat lamp for awhile. They came out of the fryer.“

“This Wendy’s is managed exceptionally well! We stopped here on the way to College Station, and I’m not a huge fan of Wendy’s or fast food- but Blanca ran this place like a 5-star sit-down restaurant! She was hustling around making sure everything was stocked and the orders were correct without being bossy or rude to her employees. She let me taste the pickles on a new sandwich to see if I would like them. She didn’t make me feel in a hurry but was still working with urgency which is what fast food is missing sometimes- everyone there is always taking their time, and if it’s fast food, you want to get it quickly and correctly. I was so impressed, I asked for her name and had to write this review! Our food was all fresh, correctly made and great!“

“This location is definitely awesome. Will definitely recommend. They have great customer service and always get greeted. Today I came in to pick up my food and found such a kind note on receipt. Now days life it’s been kinda tough and a little kindness goes a long way. This definitely brought a smile to my face and brighten up my day. Thank you ☺️“

“In an era where customer service often feels like an afterthought, it is both refreshing and inspiring to encounter individuals who go above and beyond their responsibilities to create meaningful, positive experiences for others. My recent visit to Taco Bell stands as a testament to the impact that one dedicated employee can have. Angel Mata, a team member at the Taco Bell location I visited, transformed what I expected to be a quick, routine stop into an exceptional and memorable dining experience. This essay details how Angel’s professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail made my visit extraordinary and why individuals like him are vital to the continued success and reputation of businesses like Taco Bell.

A First Impression That Stood Out

From the moment I walked through the door, Angel Mata’s presence was impossible to overlook. Greeted with a genuine smile and an enthusiastic “Welcome to Taco Bell!” I immediately felt like more than just another customer. Angel’s demeanor was warm, approachable, and energized—traits that can often be hard to find in the fast-paced environment of quick-service restaurants. This first impression set the tone for the rest of my visit and established a level of service that exceeded my expectations.

First impressions are powerful in shaping customer perception, and Angel instinctively understood this. His friendly greeting wasn’t just performative; it felt sincere. He didn’t rush through it or deliver it robotically. Instead, he made eye contact, smiled genuinely, and took a moment to ensure I felt acknowledged. These subtle details—while small—created a sense of welcome that made a lasting impact.

Unmatched Product Knowledge and Attention to Detail

As I approached the counter to place my order, Angel demonstrated an exceptional understanding of Taco Bell’s menu, promotions, and customization options. I had several questions about vegetarian modifications, and rather than showing signs of impatience or uncertainty, Angel confidently guided me through the options. He offered creative suggestions, explained ingredient substitutions clearly, and even mentioned some lesser-known off-menu items that could suit my dietary needs.

What stood out most during this interaction was Angel’s ability to communicate in a way that was both informative and respectful. He never made me feel like I was being difficult or taking too much time. On the contrary, he treated each of my questions as valid and important, demonstrating a level of care and professionalism rarely encountered in fast food settings.

Moreover, he double-checked the modifications before sending the order to the kitchen, ensuring that everything aligned with my preferences. This level of attention to detail exemplifies the kind of customer-first mindset that every service-based business should aspire to foster.

Over all the best fast food experience in my life.“

“I went thru the drive thru and the young man Nick working the window was so nice and understanding. My night was very rocky due to I’m 6 months pregnant and everything was just so annoying and irritating me so to get to the speaker and hear a kind voice it really made my night. Wish i could have tipped him for his great customer service. I visit very frequently so i will definitely be on the look out for Nick and his bright smile.“

“to the young lady you served me at the drive thru today around 2. Thank you. I am sorry I was ln the phone , I was talking to my sister in hospice in Florida. I have t talk to her in awhile . please forgive me I wasnt trying to be rude. I appreciate you. Have a blessed day“

“Ok, so I travel A LOT and get the opportunity to try a lot of different locations, and places. I’m also a review reader before I pick a place to go, but, in this case, one thing I’ve noticed is Chicken Express generally gets a bad rap. Sometimes deserved, but not very often. It usually the really low review locations I’d have to agree with. This location being in between, I was hungry, on a road trip and really wanted chicken livers so I gave it a shot despite the low rating. I was pleasantly surprised to find a clean establishment number one, superior customer service number two and man this food for number 3 DID NOT DISAPPOINT, KUDOS TO THE COOK! So impressed I’m sharing pictures of how perfect my livers turned out and these green beans, I don’t know what your doing different then the other locations but keep it up, taste like they came out of Granny’s kitchen. I also have to give a shout out to the team, everyone was in action and whoever was at register 2 tonight was a refreshing reminder of what customer service should be, super polite and well manned young man. Thanks Chicken Express, so good I’m leaving this from the parking lot.“

“I just left BK Ennis. We usually don't eat fast food but the kids got vouchers for getting an award at school today. The cashier was friendly and patient. Our food came out hot and fresh and the restrooms and lobby were clean! What more could you ask for????“

“Service was excellent. The foot long was delicious, but the $6 smasher meal, shall I say the smasher was good on the price. My taste buds were not a fan of the smasher burger. It tasted like I was eating a vitamin. Will go again to try the regular burger.“

“Very impressed with this Dairy Queen store location. Dairy Queen is a top favorite with my wife and kids so I have been to many locations in MN and WI. I had never been to this location so called to confirm they sold cakes. The customer service on the phone was upbeat and friendly. The service at the store when I arrive was equal to the call (friendly and helpful). While I waited for the cake (very quick) to be personalized, I observed great and efficient service for each customer in line. Great store!! Until next time.“

“Good food :) good customer service too !“
