“First time visiting JJ's Wok and so glad we did!
We drove in from Coupland to eat Chinese Food and our favorite is in Pflugerville. It was closed! Came in Sunday.
Googled nearest Chinese food and lead us to JJ's!
First thing we noticed was how clean the restaurant was.
Secondly, the food presentation! I was very surprised! These guys know what they're doing!
Thirdly, the food was soooo delicious! Just wow!! This is a must!
Lastly, the service! Hands down one of the best guys to ever serve us! Be prepared for some jokes!

“Came here for the first time, and I’ve got to say, the food looks really appetizing! I ordered the C7 (Cơm sườn bì chả trứng), and it was honestly worth every penny. The portion was generous, the flavors were on point, and all this for just $14~16 , such a great deal. Definitely worth the money, and I’ll be coming back for sure!“

“I went to this location after having a horrible experience at the Panda Express on Palm Valley, where their staff tried really hard to convince me their orange chicken was not the spicy one. They were treating me like I was lying, but why would I come all the way back to remake it? Just admit you ran out. I was over it, still wanted panda and drove the 17 minutes to go to this location.

This location is AMAZING. They got the order right, it was quick, hot, fresh and the staff was friendly. Oh, and their orange chicken wasnt spicy. It was the standard orange chicken. This place never disappoints“

“We chose Ling Kitchen to celebrate a birthday. It was a dining experience that we will not forget. The staff were easy to communicate with and facilitate a food allergy, prior to arrival. Once you arrive, they will let you into a gated parking lot in the back. You will be greeted by the staff and shown to the front of the building where you will be received with champagne and tea. The dining room is one large family table directly in the kitchen.

The hosts will guide you through an exquisite 9 course tasting menu. The first 5 courses had a heavy seafood focus. Of these courses, the highlights were the seafood spread on top of a fried taro and the dumplings which had a delicious chicken filing accompanied by seafood. Moving on to the meat courses. The got better and better. The Peking Duck 2 ways that you turned into a bao slider was very good. The beef was cooked to perfection. It had a slightly sweet sauce, with a Thai basil pesto, and jellied fish and fried potato for texture. The main dishes concluded with our favorite of the night. It was a pork belly recipe that had been passed down through the family. The sauce was savory, salty, and sweet. The dish was accompanied by fried garlic and onions and a delicious black garlic leaf. The gold sheet on top was an added touch of elegance. The 5 small desserts that finished the meal were good, but nothing we would seek out again. This truly is one of the best dining experiences in Austin.“

“Great neighborhood Chinese spot! We picked up take out and was greeted by their friendly staff who offered me water while I waited. The portions were huge and the food was served really hot so by the time we got home and started eating it was a perfect temperature. Both my husband, daughter, and I had some and had leftovers for the next day. We would definitely go again and would also go in person for a meal.“

They did say it was their only table open so I understand but our party would’ve happily waited longer for a larger table. Still a great place for a great family style meal.“

“I grew up eating at this north Austin staple for their authentic Taiwanese/Chinese dishes like beef noodles, pork shank noodles, and beef scallion pancake rolls, and they have always served delicious food. I recently tried out their Americanized Chinese dishes which were a little less consistent—the lomein, fried rice, and braised pork rice were out of this world delicious but the meat pieces in the general tso chicken was a little stringy/dry and the dried chilis in the orange beef were burnt black which affected the flavor. I’m still going to keep coming here and love that this restaurant has been in our community for as long as I can remember!“

“I recently stopped by Shu Shu’s Asian Cuisine and was pleasantly surprised. Their General Tso’s Chicken and Sesame Chicken were crisp, flavorful, and balanced (the sauces are just right). Their Singapore Noodles and Dragon Noodles are great picks if you want something a little lighter yet satisfying.

The restaurant has a clean, relaxed vibe with large windows and natural light, and the staff were friendly and efficient. Portion sizes were generous, which makes it perfect for sharing or getting leftovers. Definitely a solid go-to when you’re craving Chinese food in Austin.“

“Authentic Chinese, served right, for a good price, fast. You can’t get better than this.

My Fiance and I got Chicken fried rice and Mapo Tofu Vegetarian. We felt bad when we got full because we wanted to keep eating the delicious food. The Mapo was perfectly mouth numbing, and the fried rice was so well seasoned we didn’t bother adding anything at all to it.

And they give you a mountain of rice, creating over the bowls top, as is meant to be.

I haven’t had this picturesque a meal in a long time. Excellent.“

My server, Justin, was patient and attentive. And let me just tell you about how good that sesame chicken and chicken lo mein was, OMG! HUGE portions, and I will gladly eat this for the next meal and a half. Veggies were cooked perfectly and so saucy!! “My go to Chinese place. Been to a lot of Chinese places around the area and they all have the.. Well, I call it bad chicken. It's not the breaded chicken, but aich more crispy version that uses a tougher chicken. Anyways this place uses the good soft fluffy breaded chicken.
