“The food here is always great. My husband and I have loved this place since 2020 and are proud return customers. We’ve been to several sushi spots, but this one remains our top choice. The Ahi Tower was excellent, but the roll could have been better—it needed to be fried more for extra flavor and texture. Surprisingly, the food took quite a while to be served this time.“

I loved the extensive menu for the different types of Japanese food available but I'm sorry to see that Carlos Pinto (Carlos Jr) may no longer be offering his special tendon tempura since the menu has changed and there is no more sashimi/salmon/tuna bowls. I recently tried his Tendon Tempura in Pasadena, CA and I was looking forward to having more here in DFW because I remembered his logo and saw him in the kitchen before.
