“Always a great experience. The bathrooms are detached so there might be times when the employee is gone briefly but they always put a sign out letting customers know they will be right back.

“Absolutely loved my stay at white sands motel, hidden gem in Port Isabel! The room I stayed in was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with a kitchenette, microwave, coffee maker (with coffee), microfiber makeup towels, extra bathroom towels, glass cups, cold A/C, Wi-Fi, and a Smart TV with Netflix and Hulu. The property is perfect for anglers—there’s a private marina and boat ramp, a fish cleaning station, and even a fuel station for boats. They also have a restaurant on-site where they’ll cook your catch, and a bait & tackle shop with top products like PS Tackle’s *Saca la Leche* and the Marker 212 rig. You’ll also find a picnic area, a large swimming pool, and ice available when you need it. Super close to Gilbert’s Bait & Tackle and Quick Stop for added convenience. The highlight of my stay was the incredible customer service—Corina, the owner, was so welcoming, professional, and eager to help. I booked through their website and couldn’t have been happier. “We dined here for a late breakfast on a Saturday morning. The service team was incredible especially when I asked for something off their lunch menu to go with my breakfast. They were happy to accommodate and created the perfect breakfast for myself and my partner. The biscuits and gravy was yummy but their fried fish was something I would go back for. It was well seasoned and cooked perfectly. The dining area is simple but the smells of the kitchen make it feel welcoming and homey.“
