“We frequent the new Aubrey location quite regularly, and I will say we always have an amazing experience. The food is phenomenal, great portion sizes and the flavor in every dish is amazing. The staff and management have always been so friendly and attentive. Only suggestion - a little extra salt on the edamame :) otherwise it’s always a 10/10.“

“I used to eat here religiously when I lived in Princeton. The food is better then any hibachi restaurant I've been to in dfw. I usually get steak and shrimp with fried rice and veggies. The quality is consistent; always freaking bomb, especially the fried rice!! It should be noted that I'm a huge rice critic when it comes to proper hibachi style fried rice. These people have figured it out tho, its my favorite fried rice on 380!! If your passing through at lunch or dinner time, give them a try.“

The ramen is rich, comforting, and packed with delicious toppings, while the sushi is fresh, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. Portions are satisfying, and the menu offers plenty of variety. “Oh my gosh y’all Josephines Soul Kitchen is soooo good! I’m from NC…reminds me so much of food from back home. Definitely try the smothered chicken….falls right off the bone 🤤. I got a plate today on Easter with smothered chicken, dressing, mac-n-cheese, and cranberry sauce……tastes amazing! I also got my husband the pork chops. Everything is delicious!“
