“Hashi Japanese Kitchen is the best Japanese restaurant we have found in the north Texas area. Their home made sauces are very good, much better than any packaged sauces. The owner is very nice and helpful, I wish the best for their success.“

“Best sushi in Frisco! Since we discovered Hachi this has been our go to place (sorry Edoko) whenever we crave sushi. The fish is incredibly fresh, you can feel how it melts in your mouth. Their miso soup is super yummy. The service is amazing, they bring the food out quickly, staff is very friendly and prices are reasonable. Highly recommend.“

The sauces give the cheese katsu and the white rice a good taste and recommend it!

Curry was not my favorite but then again I personally dislike curry because its super strong but for people that love curry definitely try it has lots of curry options!

“Still one of my favorites for years and years now.....One of my favorite sushi places on the area. Great portion sizes, friendly wait staff, and fun atmosphere... It can fill a little cramped at times due to the number of people waiting to get this food as well.“

“We were looking for a quick bite, but Shun by Yama Sushi called our name. It turned out to be the best quick bite ever. We arrived at 5pm, and the hostess was able to immediately seat us.

We didn't realize the tables were set with linen and the ambiance was calm. It was exactly what we needed at the end of a hard day that wasn't over yet. We had another three hours to go.

The menu was stunning to overwhelming with all the choices that seemed wonderful. We turned our fate over to our server.

She did not disappoint.

We started with the smoothest sake.

Fresh fish arrives daily and the server selected a daily choice for us.

If you live in the 4 corners area of Frisco, Allen, McKinney, Plano you know that there's slim pickin's of GOOD ramen places around. I promise you that this one is so worth it!!! I placed an online order for take out and it said "ready in 20 min." I kid you not I walked into the building right at the 20 minute mark and the man was stapleing the bag to my order closed. Talk about precise! The man working told me that there weren't any bean sprouts in my ramen order because so they weren't fresh, to compensate he gave me an entire order of 4 veggie rolls. What?! Love that level of customer service! Plus, I was debating on even getting the veg rolls and now I'll always order them because they are delicious! Sushi was always amazing and the ramen was so good! The only adjustment I'll make to it next time is to ask for my miso veg ramen it a little spicy. My husbands spicy ramen was PLENTY spicy enough. He loved it!!! I see some reviews complaining the chicken doesn't come slathered in sauce but in my opinion that's a bonus. Anyways, the owners are so lovely and really care about the food they make. “I used to eat here religiously when I lived in Princeton. The food is better then any hibachi restaurant I've been to in dfw. I usually get steak and shrimp with fried rice and veggies. The quality is consistent; always freaking bomb, especially the fried rice!! It should be noted that I'm a huge rice critic when it comes to proper hibachi style fried rice. These people have figured it out tho, its my favorite fried rice on 380!! If your passing through at lunch or dinner time, give them a try.“
