“The staff was friendly, I ordered their honeydew milk tea with boba and the spicy tuna roll. The size is more of a Japanese size than an American size, that said, I am full after eating one whole roll by myself. The flavor of the sushi was very good, the fish and the avocado both tasted fresh and I liked the addition of the sesame seeds. The spicy roll itself wasn't too spicy (for me), but the wasabi was spicy (which is good because that means I could actually taste it! It wasn't watered down like how some places give you). The ginger was also very flavorful. Overall very well balanced sushi, with good quality ingredients. The ingredients are what make this place good ?“

The food was very good. I had Hot and Sour Soup (it’s complimentary if dining in), the Avocado Roll, and Kung Pao Chicken. Huge portions of the KPC, enough to bring 1/2 home for lunch the next day.
We were surprised not that many dining in, but they were VERY busy with takeout orders.
We will go back for sure.“

“Nishiki Ramen did not disappoint! On our first visit, we started with edamame and pork gyoza. For entrees, we ordered chicken ramen and pork ramen. Both were very tasty. The service was attentive and the food was delivered to our table quickly. We will be back!“

“Visited this place back in Dec 24', but it's been a while, so we wanted to check it out again!

This place (I believe) is run by a couple who live here, so it's super local! They are super sweet and nice, but during busy times, patience will be needed as it seems leanly run. It definitely reminded me of plenty of restaurants in Japan when we went in 2025, where they're usually run by a couple with family helping.

The menu is pretty extensive, ranging from the expected appetizers and ramen to interesting additions like onigiri and hand rolls.

Everything tasted great, and service was nice, albeit a bit on the slower end.

The authentic flavors and vibes are always appreciated, and I highly recommend coming here. Just be aware seating is tight, and if it's full, expect a wait.“

“This place is small, quiet, and fantastic. I had the chicken katsu bento with curry on the side and it was magical. My girlfriend had the chashu udon and she loved it as well. I highly recommend capping off your visit with sesame balls or korokke, both excellent treats.

I also have to mention that you can order everything through a self-serve kiosk. You just place your order and take a pager, no need to interact with anyone.

All in all, I love this place and I'm definitely gonna be a regular here.“

“Absolutely our favorite spot for jjampong, easily. We’ve been three times in the past couple weeks. 🥹 The owner is super sweet and so, so welcoming each time we come in. We’ve been looking for a great jjampong spot since Kyodong closed down and believe me, we’ve been to many. This one is it!

We’ve tried the black bean noodles (a great value at 6.99?!), seafood jjampong (packed with a good amount of seafood!), seafood noodle soup, and the pork belly teriyaki. Everything has been delicious! We’ve been back every time for their jjampong and it’s been consistently amazing.

You can also ask for spicier jjampong and rice instead of noodles!

“This is such an underrated place! Came here for a quick sushi fix and was blown away by the quality of their food. We ordered salmon avocado, shrimp tempura roll, snow mountain roll, and sex on the beach roll. The fish to rice ratio is on point, and everything tasted really fresh. The staff were all so warm and welcoming!! Will definitely come back again“

“I have been so patient with waiting for the opportunity to finally try this ramen place! They opened up and by the time I had the chance to go they were temporarily closed. Needless to say I am very excited that they are finally open again! If you live in the 4 corners area of Frisco, Allen, McKinney, Plano you know that there's slim pickin's of GOOD ramen places around. I promise you that this one is so worth it!!! I placed an online order for take out and it said "ready in 20 min." I kid you not I walked into the building right at the 20 minute mark and the man was stapleing the bag to my order closed. Talk about precise! The man working told me that there weren't any bean sprouts in my ramen order because so they weren't fresh, to compensate he gave me an entire order of 4 veggie rolls. What?! Love that level of customer service! Plus, I was debating on even getting the veg rolls and now I'll always order them because they are delicious! Sushi was always amazing and the ramen was so good! The only adjustment I'll make to it next time is to ask for my miso veg ramen it a little spicy. My husbands spicy ramen was PLENTY spicy enough. He loved it!!! The staff was super nice and knew the menu really well. I had the texas roll (cause who wouldnt want bacon on their sushi 🤣) and the spicy beef bowl. Both were good! I liked the roll a bit more than the ramen, because despite getting it hot, the heat really wasnt there. I also got a bubble tea for the road and was able to get a free sample to try before i chose. I was stuck between the Hokkaido milk tea and Thai tea, and got the Thai tea and didnt regret it! It was so good! Definitely give this place a try! There's one in Fort Worth too!“

“We arrived 30 minutes before closing and were informed that the kitchen would be closing in 10 minutes. Service was prompt, and our food arrived quickly.

The salmon tower and tuna tower were both delicious and beautifully presented. I appreciated that imitation crab is used, making it a safe option for those with shellfish allergies like myself.

The tempura vegetables were not our favorite. Softer vegetables such as squash and potatoes were used, which resulted in a mushy texture rather than the light crispness we expected.

There was only one other diner at the time, making for a very quiet dining experience.“

“Easily the best ramen I've had in the Collin County area. Hell even the price has beaten inflation! You can't get any better ramen by far. Their broth is just simply different.
