“Hashi Japanese Kitchen is the best Japanese restaurant we have found in the north Texas area. Their home made sauces are very good, much better than any packaged sauces. The owner is very nice and helpful, I wish the best for their success.“

We’ve been their customers for many years since the previous owner, our favorite roll is the Snoke roll and you’ll never go wrong with the toro, yellowtail, salmon and the sushi bomb!The new owner is really sweet and he did a fantastic job on running this place. “I have been so patient with waiting for the opportunity to finally try this ramen place! They opened up and by the time I had the chance to go they were temporarily closed. Needless to say I am very excited that they are finally open again! If you live in the 4 corners area of Frisco, Allen, McKinney, Plano you know that there's slim pickin's of GOOD ramen places around. I promise you that this one is so worth it!!! I placed an online order for take out and it said "ready in 20 min." I kid you not I walked into the building right at the 20 minute mark and the man was stapleing the bag to my order closed. Talk about precise! The man working told me that there weren't any bean sprouts in my ramen order because so they weren't fresh, to compensate he gave me an entire order of 4 veggie rolls. What?! Love that level of customer service! Plus, I was debating on even getting the veg rolls and now I'll always order them because they are delicious! Sushi was always amazing and the ramen was so good! The only adjustment I'll make to it next time is to ask for my miso veg ramen it a little spicy. My husbands spicy ramen was PLENTY spicy enough. He loved it!!! Now everytime I have a ramen craving we will be at Kuma!“

“Easily the best ramen I've had in the Collin County area. Hell even the price has beaten inflation! You can't get any better ramen by far. Their broth is just simply different. The noodles are the best rice noodles I've ever have. And this place stays open till 2 am everday?? It's heaven for late night folks. Definitely one of the best restaurants around in general. Their service is still quick as can be and their staff DO take their jobs seriously. With a lot of care and heart. Not many places if any have that type of worth ethic left 🤧“

“My family and I have been here a handful of times and have had a great experience every time. The service here is both fast and friendly and they consistently serve tasty dishes and large portions. My husband and kids have tried many of the ramen dishes and have yet to find one that they don't enjoy. I think this has become our new favorite spot.“

While I gave it two stars primarily due to the ambiance, the food itself is a solid alternative to Panda Express or similar fast-food-style Chinese options.“

“We drove to 4 different places looking for hibachi, and finally found this gem! Every other restaurant didn’t have grills where they cook for you. The prices were great and our servers were awesome.

The only thing I will say is we thought it was strange that it costs an extra $3 for fried rice on every plate at the hibachi table, or else you only got steamed rice- no noodle option either.“

“The staff was friendly, I ordered their honeydew milk tea with boba and the spicy tuna roll. The size is more of a Japanese size than an American size, that said, I am full after eating one whole roll by myself. The flavor of the sushi was very good, the fish and the avocado both tasted fresh and I liked the addition of the sesame seeds. The spicy roll itself wasn't too spicy (for me), but the wasabi was spicy (which is good because that means I could actually taste it! It wasn't watered down like how some places give you). The ginger was also very flavorful. Overall very well balanced sushi, with good quality ingredients. The ingredients are what make this place good ?“

“Wow! The bowls were great. Everything was fresh and a good amount of food. They have plenty of choices for your bowls and just as many choices in sushi rolls. They are very reasonably priced. If you go during their happy hour 2-5 then you can get some killer inexpensive rolls. We tried their Salmon Skin roll. It was really good. We will definitely be back. If you like sushi and want to try something a little different go and give them a shot.“

“This is our go to sushi place in the area. Food is great, fresh, and reasonably priced. Been coming here several years and have tried other places but Tai Sushi House always wins out. I love eating in but we often do takeout which is always great as well. You will not be disappointed if you eat here.“

“Excellent service throughout our stay, even though we paid up front. I appreciate the help with our family of 5, even though they weren't necessarily working for a tip.

The food was very tasty, cooked and seasoned well; all for a great price considering the additional side dishes. Large servings which we all enjoyed the following day.

The atmosphere is clean and quiet. Definitely recommend and will visit again.
