“food here is great, but the staff here isn’t. i use to come here often, but each time i order they always get my food wrong. i don’t like to take things back or ask for discounts but it’s frustrating always coming back and the server always makes small mistakes.
last time i came the girl in the photo started yelling at me and being rude about us laughing and being loud. not only was she not our server but she was very ugly about it.

“Just came home from Saltgrass Steak House on Jamboree in Colorado Springs. Best steak ever tonight! Tender and perfectly cooked. Terri, our waitress, was attentive and personable. After being disappointed in the past few weeks with dry baked potatoes at other places, even the baked potato tonight was superb. My husband has celiac disease and love that they offer a gluten-free bread option. Terri even made a special trip to get it for him. WOW! Impressive all around.“
