“Before it would allow me to leave this review it asked if I would recommend Freddys… I answered with YES because I have always loved Freddys, but…… today was just way too much from this location. Sooooo after waiting 42 minutes stuck in the drive through I was handed my order in a full and heavy paper bag. I sat it in the seat next to me and started to drive off. I decided to pull into the adjacent parking lot and double check my order only to find there were no fries or onion rings, but about 3 pounds of napkins and sauces # on top of my burger. 😑 I had to go back into the store and it took another 15 minutes for me to get one order of fries and one order of onion rings to fulfill the order I had put in 49 minutes ago at this point. (There were minimal customers inside) While I was standing there for the 15 minutes, it took, I overheard conversations between a manager and the cooks. The cooks were speaking Spanish and not happy, and the manager was saying, “I don’t understand what you are saying” I think there is a communication breakdown that may need to be addressed . There was also a complaint by management that they wish they had another fryer, and that my wait was due to one of the grills not being heated up yet.“

“The service at the drive through was nice. The food on the other hand, we got a soggy burger and fries. It was only a 12 minute trip from there to home. Should not have gotten that soggy that quickly. The butterfinger blizzard was fantastic. Maybe try again if I'm on that side of town, but overall food was not great. I had a lunch order for 20 people along with condiments, drinks and cups in record timing. I think I called around 10am and I wanted to see if it could be done by 10:45am. “Food was what you’d expect from Chick-fil-A — fresh, consistent, and no complaints there. The frustrating part was the drive-thru experience this time. We ended up stuck behind 1 car for probably 10+ minutes because it seemed like they were having payment issues, and since the lane traps you in, there was no way to get around. It felt like the situation could’ve been handled better by having someone come take orders outside or directing cars around so the entire line didn’t get held up by 1 vehicle. Also, getting into this location from the I-45 feeder/access road can be a little difficult depending on traffic and how packed the parking lot is. If it’s busy, it’s honestly easier sometimes to enter through the shopping center side instead. Overall the food was solid, but the traffic flow and drive-thru logistics could definitely be smoother.“

“Ive eaten subway in a lot of different places over the course of 15 years ( not bragging ).

This is 100% the best one, in terms of freshness and quality. I get every single vegetable ( sorry to the workers ), and this location without fail has given me the best quality in terms of freshness and quantity.

I also get it late at night for dinner, which tells you they consistently rotate for freshness.

Furthermore, a big reason for freshness is attention to detail. I don’t know this for certain , but I think the only way this is achieved is if you literally use your eyes to pick out rotted / or unappealing vegetables, and have integrity for the quality of work you provide.

That, by itself, the integrity of work, deserves five stars.

It is actually embarrassing to read some of these reviews, and be disappointed because someone didn’t treat you perfectly the way you wanted, and then say oh amazing sandwich though!

Get over yourself lol. Some of These workers I think ive known ever since I started coming here as a high schooler 10+ years ago. They’ve been working that long.

In that duration, I afford them a few bad days. (of which I’ve never had)

Maybe that’s just me, but regardless I swear, this place makes better sandwiches than the bigger / “high quality” chains solely because the effort and integrity they have for their work is unmatched.

If you love vegetables, these workers are the best at it. I have very rarely gotten rotted vegetables, minimal stems, and the sandwiches are always well-packed and it feels like the person cared about the quality of their work. I’ve gotten food poisoning from other places, because they probably left the vegetables out all day

If the trade off is someone hurts your feelings, so be it. At least my insides aren’t burning because a teen is on TikTok and doesn’t want to rotate / do side work.

Also, if someone is rude to you, you should know it’s not a reflection of you, but what’s going on with them. Stop taking things personally.“
