“This was my first in person visit to a Golden Chick, and I cannot relay how impressed I was just on a simple review. Christian was very friendly and helpful, my order was ready when I got there, the environment was well lit and clean. I appreciated seeing TVs on the wall making a welcoming atmosphere. The staff were orderly and looked clean too. I haven't seen a clean fast-food place around Houston in years, so this was all mind blowing to experience. Whoever is running this place runs a tight ship and has a bright future. Thanks for making the night great! And boy howdy, the Lucky 13 feels like a great deal.“

“There is only one way to describe this place and more specifically this location. They so totally rock!!!! The food is always so fresh and crisp, whether it’s their signature double, a single, or even their chicken. The fries while yes leave something to be desired, the other food is spot on the dot. This visit was a single #2 fully loaded combo with their signature Raspberry Sweet Tea. It was awesome and delicious. I love how the veggies are fresh and don’t taste like they have been left out for hours. The sauces are always tasting so good and don’t have a stale taste. The tea tasted freshly made and didn’t have a sour flavor to it. Now as for the service everyone from Crawford, the GM, to his managers, to his staff, they are always so friendly and helpful. I never have eaten anywhere else burger wise since coming here and probably wont in the future. I always love how their menu is simple and easy, not to mention their flavors of the month. Whether it’s a new tea, a new shake or a promotional item, it is tops in my books all the time. I will always return here as I have said on other places, hungry for more. “Best Popeyes visit I've had in a long time.

The chicken came out fresh, crispy, and seasoned perfectly. The fries were hot, not soggy, and the biscuit was actually soft instead of dry. The staff moved fast even though the line was long, and everyone was friendly. Everything tasted like it was made right then and there. I'll definitely be coming back.“

“Before it would allow me to leave this review it asked if I would recommend Freddys… I answered with YES because I have always loved Freddys, but…… today was just way too much from this location. Sooooo after waiting 42 minutes stuck in the drive through I was handed my order in a full and heavy paper bag. I sat it in the seat next to me and started to drive off. I decided to pull into the adjacent parking lot and double check my order only to find there were no fries or onion rings, but about 3 pounds of napkins and sauces # on top of my burger. 😑 I had to go back into the store and it took another 15 minutes for me to get one order of fries and one order of onion rings to fulfill the order I had put in 49 minutes ago at this point. (There were minimal customers inside) While I was standing there for the 15 minutes, it took, I overheard conversations between a manager and the cooks. The cooks were speaking Spanish and not happy, and the manager was saying, “I don’t understand what you are saying” I think there is a communication breakdown that may need to be addressed . There was also a complaint by management that they wish they had another fryer, and that my wait was due to one of the grills not being heated up yet.“

“I was in need of an urgent lunch request for a same day meeting!!! I called the 2102 Spring Steubner Rd location. I explained my dilemma and Carla did her thing!!!! I had a lunch order for 20 people along with condiments, drinks and cups in record timing. I think I called around 10am and I wanted to see if it could be done by 10:45am. Carla had it done at 10:39am!!! Carla saved me. Nothing was missing from the order. It was hot and fresh!!!! This service was phenomenal and this location was great!!!! Thanks again, Carla! “Texans may find the portions smallish but the biscuit dishes here are good for fast food and most of the combos will run $10 or less, which is amazing in the post Covid world. Atmosphere is just fast food functional and it's too cold inside, but I'd come again for a quick bite if I'm in the area.“

“This is the BEST Burger King in Texas! I have been coming here for over 5 years and the service is top notch and unmatched to other locations. My food is ALWAYS fresh, hot, and accurate. I have not had one problem here in all my trips. The inside is always clean, family friendly, and the kids sitting area is perfect to do work on a laptop. I have even left home to come here and work from my computer. Please keep hiring the quality young people that you do. They actually have good work ethics and demonstrate care and high regard for the customers. The whole crew on all shifts are terrific. This has been my experience before and after the demolition. While visiting a friend in the area, I decided to check out a few local spots, grab some tea, and then figured—why not pick up a pizza too? Not every pizza place is the same, especially when it comes to customer service and overall experience, so I was curious to see how this MOD Pizza location compared.

From the moment I walked in, I was impressed. The place was spotlessly clean, and the team working that day was exceptionally welcoming. As soon as we stepped through the door, the staff made sure we were taken care of right away, which is something I truly appreciate.

Our pickup order was ready and prepared perfectly, and the entire experience was smooth and hassle-free. The employees were friendly, efficient, and seemed to genuinely care about providing great service.

If I lived closer, this would definitely be my go-to MOD Pizza location whenever I was craving one of their delicious, customizable pizzas. Unfortunately, it’s a bit out of my way, but if you’re in the area, I highly recommend this spot. The clean environment, inviting atmosphere, and excellent customer service make it one of the best MOD locations I’ve visited!
