When Rebel Catering rolled up to our event, it was like the cavalry arriving in a delicious, tortilla-wrapped package. The aroma of sizzling fajitas and fresh salsa hit us like a glorious taco truck of destiny, and we knew we were in for something special.

We had chicken, flank steak, smashed potatoes, broccoli rabe and a Caesar salad along with a dessert spread. My daughter is pescatarian and Ashley brought her a piece of salmon, which I thought was such a sweet gesture. Delilah and Heidi were the perfect servers and took fantastic care of our guest. The lasagna (I tried both types) was some of the best i have had - hot, fresh, with the noodles cooked perfectly and enough sauce, ricotta, and filling to satisfy. I was very impressed at such food quality, especially given the number of people they served.“
