I live very close to this location and regularly buy food here. Overall, Popeyes makes great food and this branch is almost always busy, so clearly the demand is there. However, the store still has a 3.1-star rating, and I think it reflects some issues that are worth your attention.

From what I have seen, the staff often seem very young and either inexperienced, overworked, or constantly turning over. As a result, there are frequent mistakes in orders, the food is sometimes not as hot or fresh as it should be, wait times can be long, and the staff are not consistently friendly. This gives the impression that employees are not very invested in their work, which might be connected to internal issues like training, management, or pay.

This is a strong location with great potential and a steady flow of customers. If the staffing, service, and consistency of food quality can be improved, this store could easily rise well above its current rating, which would benefit both you as the owner and all of us as regular customers.“

“Today I decided I didn't want to cook. I ordered the pot pie. I ate a little bit and choked on a large chicken bone. I tried reaching customer service via the website and could not get anything but AI. This is inexcusable. How careless a bone this large wasn't discovered.“

Rolled their eyes when we asked for ketchup? We payed 50 dollars plus tip and this is how they treated us? Not only that we were even nice about all the things we asked for“

“This was our first time visiting Dave's Hot Chicken and let me tell you I was beyond satisfied. Upon walking in we were greeted by Kori, and she was absolutely amazing. She was patient with us while we tried to decide what to order and she also gave us some recommendations. Food was hot, fresh, and it tasted great. I highly recommend this location.“

“We loved the food here. Very family friendly. We loved the boneless fried chicken with spicy Korean sauce. The tteoboki was not as spicy as we would have hope, but it has good flavor. The snow beer was a cool idea but I wouldn't order it again. The white grape snow cocktail and the snow soda were good though. Service was friendly and fast.“

“A perfect option if you’re not looking for deep fried since it’ll be oven roasted chicken!

We got spicy pepper for our flavor and it wasn’t as spicy as I thought, more of a cayenne pepper spice level. Still delicious though!
We also got bulgogi pizza. Super cheesy and somewhat sweet aftertaste. You do get the ideal photo worthy cheese pull.
And for a snack we tried the garlic baguette ball. I was expecting savory and salty instead I got mostly sweet since it’s cream cheese filling.

“Recently met with friends at the Babes Chicken Dinner House on Page Street in Frisco and had an expectedly nice meal. There are two indoor seating areas, can be quite busy so be patient when it comes to seating. No reservations, just first come, first serve. Opening hours are 11am to 2pm (lunch) and 5-pm (dinner) during the week and 11am to 9pm on weekends. Everything is very simple. Choose one of five chicken (or fried catfish) mains. They will be brought out along salad and unlimited cream biscuits, corn, green beans, mash potatoes. I ordered the chicken fried steak and found it to be pretty good. All sides were fine. They offer desserts as well if you've room left over after your chicken dinner .“

“The Pelicana quality and service you can count. This is second Pelicana we've tried in Texas. Known for their decision cheese balls, 100% fresh chicken wings and Korean style hot fish cake soup. Came in with family and we enjoyed our experience together at this location. Big shout to Hayoung and the chef to make a delicious meal. Highly recommend for visitors or chicken wings lovers. 👍🏼“

“Love this place! The staff is always friendly and they have great music. The inside and patio is very cute as well.

I’ve been a few times but this last time I found my favorite order so far - the rainbow bowl! Super tasty and the halloumi is a MUST for an appetizer. I also got the mango limeade and it was phenomenal.

I was outside smoking and the bar tender he was a big guy he asked me if that was my Mexican friend inside I said no because my friend is not Mexican but that doesn’t matter the bar tender shouldn’t have never called him that.“

“I come to this Chik Fil A a lot, my kids are fanatics. We always have a great experience with mobile order and drive thru but today we decided to dine in. There was a person outside who asked for me to get him some food so I told him I would. Ja Mal who works at this store often and is always polite, efficient and has great work ethic took our order today and brought our food to us. I asked him if I could also get a bag because I wanted to give some of our food to the man outside. Ja Mal brought me a bag as requested and as son as I finished placing the items in the bag I asked my daughter to stay inside while I ran the food to him. As I was getting up, Ja Mal quickly approached and asked if I wanted him to take it out to him and as I didn’t want to leave my daughter inside by herself I accepted his offer. Ja Mal goes above and beyond every single time we encounter him and while there are many other employees also who work hard and well at this location I really feel Ja Mal goes the extra mile and is just such a well mannered, man who takes great care to his job and customers.
