They were extremely helpful throughout the process and took care of my guests immacutely. Our servers Garrett and Allison were wonderful and took great care of all us for the evening. “Cole was incredibly kind, positive, and intuitive with his customer service. Before I could even ask for a glass of water, he had already anticipated it and brought one over. As I was leaving, he did the same thing again. Those small gestures make a big difference when you’re traveling and working at the same time.

Nelly, Veronica, and Haley also went above and beyond to help me find my glasses. They not only helped search for them, but made sure they were brought to me while I was in a meeting.

These kinds of gestures go beyond customer service. They’re genuine acts of kindness that remind us how meaningful human connection can be, especially when you’re away from home.

I truly enjoyed my time at the Hilton Dallas/Southlake Town Square and The Henley Kitchen & Bar. The team made me feel genuinely cared for, and I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a true home away from home.“

“This was our first time here Friday night and my husband and I will definitely be returning. Great quality food especially their specialty pizzas. Hot honey pizza pie is amazing! Also ordered a supreme, which is nothing extraordinary, but it all seemed fresh and great quality ingredients. There dough and sauce. Chefs kiss. 😚 It’s nice to see people having fun at work and still getting their job done. Great atmosphere maybe not necessarily the most romantic but a good spot to grab a bite to eat, a beer and chat with friends. Very home town vibes. I believe our server’s name was Dylan, younger gentlemen, moving and groovin and getting the job done. He did a great job.“

Service is prompt without hovering and it's subdued enough you can have a conversation without having to shout across the table. “I recently celebrated my birthday at The Reserve Mexican Restaurant in Euless in one of their private rooms, and the experience was outstanding. The staff and service went above and beyond to make it a truly special evening. They were incredibly accommodating and always available whenever we needed anything. We were also allowed to decorate the room with balloons, candles, and personal touches, which made the celebration feel even more meaningful. I would highly recommend The Reserve for a special occasion or even just to enjoy great food and a fun atmosphere. The energy of the restaurant is fantastic. José, the manager, made sure everything ran smoothly from start to finish. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.“

“We tried this place for the 1st time tonight in Addison, TX. We received phenomenal service from our server Cassie. She had expert menu knowledge and assisted us on choosing our dishes. “Obviously Tex Mex is common and easy to find in DFW. So it takes something special to stand out from the others. Lupe Tortilla Mexican Restaurant gets that and kicks it up a notch. The service, atmosphere, extensive menu, affordabilty and food quality were all top tier but I think what impressed me the most was the presentation. When a dish looks like a work of art and then tastes amazing that's a 10 out of 10. I know I am posting photos that others have posted but that shows the quality is consistent. I will go back and try other items soon.“
