“We were in the BX shopping today and walked down to the food court to see what the options were. We chose to eat at Charlie's Philly Steaks. It was a good choice too. We had as sandwich and the Ultimate Cheese Fries. The sandwich was really good. We had never eaten there before today. We would definitely come back to this place if we lived in the area. I have to say the guys behind the counter could have paid more attention to what they were doing though I think their talking among each other effect the speed at which we and the last behind us received our food. My steak sandwich was done and in my hand before they even started making the Ultimate Fries. I don't know at happens there when the place is busy.“

“I don't know where all these bad reviews come from.. I go here a lot (2021) and I never got disappointed the staff is very friendly and the sandwiches made delicious.. they run out of some veggies sometimes.. (tomatoes, olives) wasn't a big deal for me. Still better than the other options that are available in this air force bx food court lol“

“Took advantage of the Monday & Tuesday boneless wing special. The cashier, Travis, was delightful and highly professional! He didn’t make me feel pressured, he was patient, didn’t upsize me on anything but encouraged me to try Hot Honey. I was not disappointed! Paolo (I believe was the manager) was very polite as well!
I love the convenience of the store being at the entrance/exit so you can get your food and not have to shop. This is my 2nd time at this location and I will be back again soon.

Parking: Walmart Parking lot so it depends on the day and time of day.“
