I go here a lot (2021) and I never got disappointed the staff is very friendly and the sandwiches made delicious.. they run out of some veggies sometimes.. (tomatoes, olives) wasn't a big deal for me. Still better than the other options that are available in this air force bx food court lol“

“We were in the BX shopping today and walked down to the food court to see what the options were. We chose to eat at Charlie's Philly Steaks. It was a good choice too. We had as sandwich and the Ultimate Cheese Fries. The sandwich was really good. We had never eaten there before today. We would definitely come back to this place if we lived in the area. I have to say the guys behind the counter could have paid more attention to what they were doing though I think their talking among each other effect the speed at which we and the last behind us received our food. My steak sandwich was done and in my hand before they even started making the Ultimate Fries. I don't know at happens there when the place is busy.“
