However, I recently had an issue with the online system sending my order to the wrong store, and the GM Robert and his staff went above and beyond to help fix the issue, and the food was perfect. Will definitely give them my business.“

“I love Costa Vida! Being from Idaho, I was afraid I would never be able to enjoy Costa Vida sweet pork once I moved to Texas. I’m so glad I found this location and it doesn’t disappoint. One meal is reasonably priced and well portioned. I personally love the salads because the cilantro ranch dressing is to die for. Make sure to grab some horchata and chips & guac while you’re at it. The employees were all very nice, quick to prepare our food, and very helpful with any questions. Can’t wait to come back whenever the craving hits!“

“Shout out to Alyssa the manager at sonic on main! I went for a strange request. My Father has Alzheimer’s and has stopped eating. However, if I bring him sonic he’ll eat! The staff in memory care suggested getting the bags, French cups, and drinking cups to put his meals in as to possibly prevent more medication! I was willing to PAY FOR IT! Alyssa was very kind and gave us 20 sets!!! To the franchisee, keep this lady!!! Also wanted to let Midlothian know how truly caring your staff is!!! Thank you Alyssa!!! P.S. she also brought out dome lids for the cups I forgot to ask her for!!! That’s why we love living in a “SMALL TOWN” we take care of each other! “Every time I start my order it seems like I am interrupted and can't finish my order. I even had to tell the lady if I could finish ordering because she was giving me my total. That is so annoying being rushed. We try to have orders ready to go before pushing the button but when you have kids, things change.“

“I went to the store on Broad in Mansfield, TX. I would like to say Misty took my order at the drive through today. Today my wife was evaluated with a terminal illness. It was extremely uplifting having Misty being congenial. Misty was extremely courteous and helpful with the menu orders. “ARBY's shares the LOVE TRUCKING parking lot & building. They have a limited menu but it's a fast place to grab a good sandwich & be on your way.
NO SERVICE except when you order and when you leave they do clean your tray off table.
ATMOSPHERE. It's kinda fun to listen to LOVE"s call Shower #'s for truckers! This is a busy place but has clean bathrooms, good variety of novelties in LOVE's store, etc. Friendly attendants. Easy to find parking space.“

“In the words of my daughter, Devin “ATE” that — From the time we entered Jersey Mike’s Subs (Midlothian, TX) Devin was engaged and fully present. His greeting was warm and inviting, and his smile contagious — you could see and feel his passion and enthusiasm.

While placing our sandwich orders, Devin remained patient, yet engaged. He was very thorough, and he took time to understand our needs and the importance of certain requests made (food allergies, etc.).

His communication was impeccable. Devin went above and beyond to deliver an exceptional and rememberable experience to me and my family, and he did just that.
