“We dined here last night with a party of nine, and I have to say, our experience was absolutely exceptional—and that was because of our server, Marissa.

I’ve rarely seen someone work as hard as she did. She was handling multiple tables, constantly moving, yet somehow made every guest feel genuinely cared for. She made sure everyone was smiling, checked on us throughout the evening, and delivered an incredible level of hospitality with such a positive attitude.

What impressed me most was that her service didn’t feel forced—it was genuine. You could tell she truly cared about her guests and took pride in what she does.

Marissa is an incredible representation of what true hospitality should look like. Hats off to the restaurant for having such an outstanding employee.

We will absolutely be back, and honestly, Marissa’s service is the reason why.

“Me and my fiancé stopped in to grab a bite to eat before a business meeting we were in town for and let me tell you the food was amazing!!! We got the spinach and crab dib, something crusted salmon lol and the seafood platter, raw oysters (so good and fresh) the passion fruit martini, blood orange mule, pineapple margarita and finished with bread pudding and Crème brûlée! We couldn’t stop ordering because everything was so good!! “We went to this place for a graduation dinner party of 10. The total experience could not have been better. Our food was so delicious. We had a variety at the table from the Delmonico steaks to one of the specials and even from the kids menu. All was perfectly cooked and delicious. Our servers were impeccable and meticulous making it a truly wonderful evening!“

“We came across Coco Shrimp while visiting Keller and were looking for something different that was quick and casual. We decided to give it a try, and all I can say is these may be the best tacos I’ve ever had in my life. I love tacos and have tried them from all kinds of places, but these were on another level. The shrimp were perfectly crisp, the toppings worked beautifully together, and the addition of rice and shredded lettuce made each taco feel like a complete meal. Every bite was flavorful, balanced, and incredibly well prepared. We also tried the sampler plate, which was very good and gave us a chance to try several shrimp options. I appreciated that the menu is simple and focused. There aren’t so many choices that it becomes overwhelming—they clearly know what they do well and stick to it. We also happened to visit on Taco Tuesday, which made the experience even better. This was such a great find, and I sincerely hope they eventually open a Houston location because I think they would do extremely well here. Until then, I would absolutely make the drive back to Keller for these tacos.“

“I had the best experience here, my first time. Had a fabulous cocktail made by my server, rock shrimp was amazing, crab cake salad was another amazing dish, chock full of lump crab. My server was fabulous and the manager was also very attentive and looked after me as I was dining alone. I definitely plan on visiting again! Delicious!“

“FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE!!! We came here tonight for my kids birthday party. She's quite shy but we still wanted to have the goofy birthday experience that we had growing up (coming to Joe's Crab shack for birthday celebrations has become a tradition in our family). Well, they sure did it! Our server, Jose, was amazing, friendly, checked on us often, made sure we had what we needed, and answered all our questions with a smile. He made us feel super welcome and well taken care of. I wish we could have tipped him more. Then a whole bunch of crew members came out to do the birthday celebration with our kid, who was thoroughly entertained & embarrassed, as we had wanted, haha. And the food was stellar, which has always been the case in the past when we came here so I expected nothing less. Overall this was a fantastic pending to an important birthday and left our whole family feeling wonderful. 10/10, highly recommend, and thank you so much to Jose and the amazing crew of this Joe's Crab Shack! Sidenote: Every time we go here we always get the Great Balls of Fire, the painted crab dessert and the "Shark Nibble" drink, all of which are 100% worth getting every time. The dessert and the drink are a huge crowd pleaser with the kids. They're super cute and fun, very affordably priced, and something we personally haven't seen at any other restaurant.“

“Head there during happy hrs. Wine is cheap but ur selection is limited. They have some happy hr fare but it's limited and not very exciting. I got dinner but I was not impressed. Clam chowder was a weird implementation and not like New England style. Rotisserie chicken was dry and the Greek cucumber salad had no cucumbers. I asked why and they brought me out a plate of English cucumbers. Strange....service at the bar however was fabulous. Shout out the bar staff“

“I was hungry for salmon and looked up a restaurant near me that had it. I'm not a local and this place game up on Google maps. I decided to give it a try.

The waiter informed me that their special for the day was rainbow trout from Colorado. I decided to give it a try with grilled vegetables and a salad.

It was delicious! And make sure to asked for the mixed vegetables to be grilled.“

“This is my go to place for my Cajun craving fix. The kids have a space outside to play. The staff is always friendly and the food is amazing. Last night was THE BEST experience ever there. We were craving Cajun but it was going to be almost 10:30 when we got there. (They close at 11) So I called ahead to order food so we could sit and eat right away. The manager was so sweet and said, no need to call ahead, just come on in. Insisted! It’s almost end of shift and our server was still smiling and friendly as ever. The manager even stopped to say hello. Amazing place to eat, folks. Highly recommend!!“

“I went to Red Panda on Monday, 11-17-25. I had egg soup the first time I went and this was my second time going. I had the egg soup again and the chicken fried rice. It was simply delicious!! They served with excellence every customer. It was a pleasant relaxing environment as well. The music was just right and not too loud like some places you go too. People could sit and talk and enjoy their meal. I did the lunch special which is a savings!! I will be back!!“

“This was my second time visiting, but first at this location and an even better experience.
Shay and Tawny are hands down a team and works really great together. They not only hanled our whole side of the restaurant flawlessly, they also had the new patio area covered and they seemed just as happy. These ladies made the experience for my husband's birthday even better with the care and attentiveness provided from drinks to the main course. Which my husband has mentioned his steak amd lobster tail at least four times since leaving over the weekend.
However we did have a hiccup in the parking lot before entering that almost cost us a great night. The complimentary parking attendant apparently didn’t seem to care for our vehicle as we were told they were full and to go find a spot in Chuy's parking area. But as we drove off, a sports car showed up and was ushered right in with a valet ticket in hand. Dressed for the night my husband asked that we at least try it as I've talked the place up prior to going and I'm glad the ladies were there to smooth our night. But if the service was anything less than this, we would never consider this place again. The experience started before we entered and definitely put a bad taste in my mouth.
