“Came back two months later and unfortunately had a horrible experience. My 5-year-old got a small ice cream cup and didn’t like it. I asked if they could simply switch it out since she didn't touch it and literally left the entire cup sitting on the counter, but they refused. I don’t understand why I should have to pay for something my child didn’t even eat, especially when it could have been handled so easily.

On top of that, they accidentally charged me for the person next to me’s ice cream, then charged me extra for my other child’s because apparently they added “more ice cream” to hers. Everything felt completely unorganized. My oldest daughter’s ice cream was also so melted it was ridiculous.
What bothered me the most was the customer service. The employees showed absolutely no concern that my 5-year-old was standing there without an ice cream while everyone else had theirs. I would have gladly purchased her another one, but by that point the service was so bad that I just wanted to get out of there. Very disappointing experience, especially when you’re there with children and something that should be simple turns into such a headache.

Had a great experience at Cold Stone Creamery! Brody helped us out and was very nice, professional, and welcoming the entire time. He had a great attitude, worked quickly, and made our visit enjoyable. The ice cream was amazing and the customer service made it even better. “I don’t normally leave reviews but for this particular case I will. My mother called craving ice-cream from marble slap, with a few minutes (3-5) until closing time I thought it was too late. As I approached the window the very kind lady took me despite in the middle of cleaning even though she didn’t have too. I told her about my mothers request and she gladly made sure I could surprise her. I felt bad that she had already cleaned her work station but she did it out of pure kindness and im truly grateful for that. As a result, I got to surprise my mother with the ice-cream she asked for. I hope the boss eventually sees this review and can reward the very kind lady.“

“Our trip in with our school children of 13 today was fabulous! We learned about how to create the ice cream from the cream to the machine to the storage process and into our tummies. It was so yummy. We also learned how to bake great American cookies decorate them and get them out to customers who are looking for a fabulous birthday treat! The owners were warm and inviting and so friendly! It by far was one of our best field trips!“

“My first time coming here and the customer service was phenomenal! Me and my friend ordered a drink and played connect 4 for a while and Jeff came and dropped off our drink with a smile and was very kind :) he offered to fill our drink at a timely manner as well as played connect 4 with us! It was so fun. Thank you Jeff for making our first experience at Shake Shack so fun. Due to this positive experience, it makes me want to come back again and try their food. On top of that the manager gave us a $5 coupon for our next visit. We need more friendly and kind customer service in the world and shake shack gave me that glimmer of hope of humanity I needed.“
