“This restaurant has a chic European atmosphere. The service might have been slow, but not as slow as in Italy. The food was delicious! The bucutini was so garlicky and lemony. Unforgettable! I will come back soon.Parking: Safe and convenient“

“I cannot say enough about how impressed I was with my experience here! Such a wonderful server and the food was absolute delicious the crab cake, oysters, mushrooms, creamed spinach, filet, and billionaire potato were top tier. “Our experience at Sapori was really good. Our waiter, Birch, was attentive and knew the menu exceptionally well despite working there only two weeks. The food was incredible, especially the pasta and sauce, which is made in house every day. Sapori’s is located doentown and is a short walk from the state capital. Finding reasonably priced, FRESH authentic Italian food in Austin is challenging. I highly recommend“

“Great date spot. Feels high end but comfortable all at the same time. Small, cute, funky space.Gooey cheese, chewy and crunchy crust, solid sauce. What’s not to enjoy? The service was the best part. They were amazing to me and my exhausted kids when we ended up there mistakenly thinking they had a type of pasta my kid wanted. They didn’t. But. They were amazing to us.They took excellent care of us.Take someone you care for here when you want to feel “comfortable and high end” at the same time.Vegetarian options: Pizza with no meat is vegetarian so lots of options there.Dietary restrictions: It really is what it is. Even non- pizza has high probability of cross contamination.Parking: There is paid street and a paid lot. Both fill up. So does the tiny restaurant.Kid-friendliness: They were awesome to my kids even though this not really a spot designed for kids.Wheelchair accessibility: Did not seem super easy for someone in a wheelchair to navigate, but it can be done.“

“From the moment we stepped into Intero, we were swept into a culinary journey that was as delightful as it was memorable. The ambiance of the restaurant set the stage for what was to be an exquisite dining experience. The bucatini with broccoli, sottocenere al tartufo, burnt garlic, and chive was a revelation. The pasta was cooked to perfection, and the sauce—a harmonious blend of flavors—was nothing short of amazing. It was a dish that showcased the kitchen’s skill in elevating simple ingredients to new heights. My wife’s choice, the charred cabbage with hot mustard, parmesan, and crispy onion, was equally impressive. The cabbage, often underrated, was transformed into a star dish with its smoky char and the zesty punch of the hot mustard. It was, without exaggeration, the best tasting cabbage we’ve ever had.But what truly made our evening special was the service, particularly from one of the employees who we originally thought was a hostess but turned out to be the Co-owner, Krystal. Her warm welcome and genuine friendliness made us feel like honored guests. Her attention to detail and care in ensuring our dining pleasure was exceptional. We left Intero with full bellies and warm hearts, already planning our next visit. It’s not just the food that will bring us back, but the people who make Intero more than just a restaurant—it’s a dining experience to cherish. We highly recommend Intero to anyone looking for a remarkable Italian meal in Austin. Whether it’s your first visit or your fiftieth, Intero is sure to impress.“

“Love the quality of these thin Neapolitan style pizzas. Never a long wait and the crust is fantastic. These pizzas are best eaten in the restaurant.Vegetarian options: Plenty of vegetarian pizza offerings.Kid-friendliness: Kids love playing with the dough while our pizza bakes. You do need to ask the pizza chefs for it and they will gladly hand them some dough.“

“Food was delicious and creative. We loved that there were lots of vegetarian and GF options. Dining room was on the smaller side and was a little loud, but not overly so. We were able to talk amongst ourselves easily without feeling like we needed to shout. Our drinks were delicious, and our server, Kelsey, was delightful. Looking forward to our next visit.Dietary restrictions: Very accommodating for GF diners“

“We had a delightful dinner for 2 on their patio and learned about their happy hour about 30 minutes too late, but cannot wait to be back. 50% off pastas??? Yes, please, especially after finding them delightful.Everything we tried was fresh, a little different and delicious flavors and textured.Started out with a salad and dandelion greens toast with salsa matcha - toast especially is an absolute must. Our waiter Javie picked out 2 of his favorite pastas for us, since we couldn’t decide - both the beet fusilli and the bucatini were lick the plate good. Can’t wait to be back for happy hour and taste more things in season and more of their home made amaros, which are also 50% off during happy hour.EVERY DAY 5-6 pm! Don’t forget to walk it off in the Mueller park across the street…Parking: Just drive another 2 blocks and park in the neighborhood for free and no permit needed after 5 pm.“

“Our first meal at Numero28 was delicious. We sat outside and a there was a guitar player. Cool vibe. On our way back through Austin we had to stop again. Our server, Courtney, was awesome! She sets the bar high for waitresses. 1/2 price on wine bottles on Tuesdays.“

“THE ONLY REVIEW YOU NEED TO READ!I lived in NY for literally 11 years. You can imagine the amount of pizza I’ve eaten in that time. I recently moved LA and have been here for 3 years. This place… I can honestly say is the closest I’ve been to a quick NY slice of pizza I’ve been in that time. Stay is friendly. GREAT PIZZA. Quick and efficient and also LOCAL BEERS on the ready for purchase. Can’t say enough good things about this place. 5 stars alll the way.“

“We work in a lot of kitchens, and often will see things that make us want to NEVER eat there. We were shocked at how clean things were here at Cipollina to the point where we had to have dinner the next day. Some of the best Italian food in the country, and this is coming from someone who regularly travels to Chicago and New York to visit family. 12/10, pasta is superb and the pizza is phenomenal, plus the staff are friendly, attentive and most importantly, quick to refill your drink!“

“Wanted pizza for a late lunch and this place popped up. As we were looking at menu, owner came over and gave us the run down. Kids ordered lunch sized pepperoni pizzas, wife customized hers and got a salad and I got the garlic and sausage pizza. Everything was delicious. Crust is definitely in my top 3 or 4 I have had. Wife raved about the balsamic and cheese in her salad. She end up getting a cannot and dessert pizza for the kids. Awesome spot for good pizza!“

“This restaurant was a slam dunk for me. Our party did the prix fixe menu and left stuffed and satisfied. Dishes ranged from outright amazing to interesting and complex. I enjoyed it all. Service was very friendly and attentive.Cocktails were a highlight. I ordered off menu and they handled the classics excellently. Chilled glasses, properly chosen ice, the whole gambit. Those in our party who stayed on menu were equally impressed. You could just come here for drinks.Parking was easy, valet or pay per hour next door.If you haven't been, you probably should get your butt over there!“

“I absolutely love coming here! The food is great, the vibe is amazing & the live music is lovely. The only con is the waiting time. There’s always a huge queue especially if you come here on the weekend. If it’s your first time here, I highly recommend you try the Garlic Bread. It’s literally one of the best ones I’ve ever had! Ask for extra confit if you’re a garlic lover.I also always get the great Leopold aka pesto pasta. So so good! Other things to try would be their bruschetta, salads, and meatballs. The pomodoro sauce is very good too! They have plenty of veggie friendly options which is really cool. There’s also a bar inside to grab some cocktails or beverages.Parking is a bit tricky especially on a Friday/Saturday night. Also I would say this place increased their prices for pasta. When I came here initially they were pretty affordable but now it’s $16 per pasta. For the quantity that they offer I would say it’s a bit overpriced. Other than that, everything is great here :)Overall a great spot for date nights, birthdays, or just hanging out with friends!“

“Great food, service, and atmosphere. We have been 4-5 times (live in the neighborhood) in the past 3 years and always leave going “dang, we should go there more.” Also, prices are very fair and they didn’t go crazy with increases during or after the pandemic. Good date spot or dinner with friends.“

“I was not a fan of the gnocchi but it could be personal preference. The tomato sauce was good though! My favorite was the maccheroni with creamy sausage and mushroom! The spaghetti with clams was good but probably will not order again, overall you can taste the handmade pasta and quality of the ingredients and the food was made with care. Definitely worth a try if you are looking for some pasta.“

“We absolutely love this restaurant, have been coming here for years. The food is always phenomenal (my usual is the wild boar pappardelle with any appetizer or side), and our waitress was very sweet and accommodating. We recommend Siena to everyone we know because it is so underrated but so incredible.“

“One of the best, if not the best, pizza slices in Austin. The perfect crunch and thickness of underlying thin crust with an optimal cheese and topping ratio. The end of the crust was just meh, and kind of dry, it could use a coat of garlic butter or olive oil. Then again I'm not big crust person to begin with...Typically university adjacent pizza is horrible. Yeah, they rate high, but you can't trust the taste level of starving college students. Fellini's in Atlanta comes to mind... Imagine my surprise when I tasted this pizza. Wow.The garlic knots were okay to meh.The 'club' part is real. You can pay $5 a month (i think) to get a discounted pizza rate.“

“I have never understood "good" olive oil until I tried theirs. I wish I had asked about it at the restaurant, but didn't. I emailed them and Martin Cervantes-Marty was the BEST in answering all my questions and offering help. He told me I could ask for him personally the next time I was in the restaurant. I DEFINITELY look forward to going back. My table had the chicken parm, a salad with chicken and salmon. All was amazing. The tomato and balsamic topping was indescribable. But our favorite may have been the focaccia and oil dip!“

“First time trying this place. We ordered salad and 2 pizzas to eat there for lunch. Really enjoyed our pizzas and the salad was very fresh and flavorful! We took home lasagne, meatball sandwich, a calzone and spaghetti for later to eat with others. All were very tasty, everyone liked what they had and the meat lasagne was some of the best we've ever eaten! The employees were friendly and helpful. We will go back.“

“One the best sandwiches I have had in Austin. I had the gourmet Italian one with everything on it except for pickles and onions. I liked the bread, it was fresh and soft. The meats were thinly sliced and the cheese, lovely. The vinegar was a little overpowering. I will definitely take that off next time. All in all, it was very good!“

“I get so excited when my friends suggest coming here because every time it’s just so delicious!! We had a party of 11 with two birthdays so we went a little early and they accommodated our entire group together even without a reservation — it was amazing. The happy hour half off everything is such a good deal and the drinks and wine were all fantastic. The staff was so nice and fun and the food of course was delicious! “

“One of the best restaurants in Austin, hands down. Unusual dining experience since you have to order in the front as opposed to be seated then have your order taken, but it seems like it frees up time for the servers, who are very attentive throughout your time there. Looking forward to returning.“

“We were at a red light, hungry, and just decided we wanted an early dinner. I had the mussels frites and wish they’d given me a spoon because the sauce was outstanding. My partner had the chicken parm, his go-to. He said the chicken was nice and crispy. I tried his pasta and the sauce was tangy and delicious. Damage was about $70 as we had an appetizer too. I forget what they were called but they were little breads with brie, bacon, and a pickled fruit with basalmic vinegar. Also very good.“

“We absolutely adore this place as a date night spot or for early family dinner during the amazing happy hour specials. The food is fresh and creative while also having the staples. All of it is absolutely delicious. We always get the meatballs and burrata. The farro salad is heavenly. Pasta is cooked to perfection. Cocktails are delish and great wine selection. Ive never had a dish here I didn’t love! We’ve always had amazing service and joyful staff. The vibe is moody in the front by the bar (aka the date spot) and a bit more playful in the back (aka the family party spot!). So glad to have this in the neighborhood.“

“We did Wine flights #8 and #10 reds and the were good but not great. If you order a drink and ask for it on the rocks they charge $2 for an ice cube. That is annoying and they loose 1/2 star on that. How about a flight of bruschetta? That was the best part of our entire food and drink experience here. The Halibut was a bit on the dry side or maybe over cooked but the sauce made up for it. The place has a very open and comfortable vibe. All the staff are fantastic. Rating is 4.4“

“I loooooved this place. This is the first time I've had a truly authentic neapolitan style pizza since being in Naples and Amalfi and I was in heaven! We enjoyed every bite of a margarita pizza and a red pie. They also have an extensive wine list, but I had the house red and it was very nice.We arrived at about 7:45pm on a Sunday and were seated right away. Our waiter wasn't exactly a chatty fellow, but we were well taken care of. Also, they bring out the bill in an old book - so cute!“

“Mamdola's is always a hit, but this was our first time at this location, and it didn't disappoint. The food was amazing, and everyone there was very helpful. We sat in the back room because it seemed a bit quieter, and we had a nice peaceful lunch. I love how Mandola's has a playground for kids, so the parents can enjoy more upscale food instead of just fast food. Our favorite dishes to order are the chicken parm and the meatball panini. We just tried their fried mozzarella, and they were huge! Very satisfying cheese pull too, IFYKYK. Their lemonade is so refreshing, and don't forget about their delicious foccacia bread and the gelato. Such a great place to eat, with so many options, I can't recommend it enough!Kid-friendliness: They have a playground in the back, you can eat inside or outside and watch your kids play.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp at the entrance and plenty of room inside to maneuver.“

“Extremely good and high quality subs.Bread isn’t always the softest but it’s good quality and tastyStaff are competent and not what I’d call UNfriendly, but certainly no one would call them friendly.Atmosphere is just your typical tables in a lobby, just a place you eat if you’re hungry and cant eat at home or don’t want to eat in your car.Cleanliness inspires confidence. Not cheap. And a drink and chips are like 5 MORE bucks. But hey it’s good food.I will definitely come back, but probably just to pick up my hopefully pre ordered food as I do not like feeling like I’m bothering someone when their entire job is to service the customer.Support local by eating here.Parking: Plenty of free parking spots are narrow but there are about2 football fields worth of parking.“

We love the garlic knots and they have Big Red on tap. Nice touch! We've been to the one in Round Rock off 79; also, just as good. “The food here is amazing. There are daily specials and that's what we went for. The turnip soup and field salad were perfectly balanced with flavor, freshness, and seasonal produce. The ravioli were vegetarian and bomb, but what really impressed me was the service. We arrived 20 minutes before closing and were enthusiastically greeted and welcomed. They let us sit outside and it was a beautiful night on their patio. The server was cheerful and not overattentive and did not rush us.
