“I came in late probably ten minutes before close and was greeted with a happy smile and a, how was your day. Not only was the sandwich artist amazing at her job. But when I walked in, she was consoling a neighboring employee from another restaurant while cleaning her own store. Best atmosphere. I've been to at a fast food joint in a long time. Keep it up and I will be back“

“Hire more people like Derrick. Professional and down to earth. I got $100 that says you probably won’t make him a manager, which he obviously (based on this one experience) has the skills, common sense work ethic, and personality to be a manager.
