“Great food, Great atmosphere and staff is the best.“

“My friends and I were in town for a wedding and a handful of us stopped in here for a quick meal. Being from a city that doesn't have any bbq joints, we were on a mission to get at least one of our meals at a local place.

Railhead Smokehouse BBQ didn't disappoint! First off, Fried Okra omg not something I would ever order but at the suggestion of the staff we did and we're so glad we did. I don't even know what Okra is, but this dish was a good starter.

Most of us got the combo dinner so we could try out multiple meats. I ordered the brisket and the sausage and my only complaint was that I couldn't order a 3lb version of the menu item. Our group also shared the peach cobbler that was freaking big enough to serve all of us.

Kitchen seemed slightly backed up and that's why I had to rate that 4-stars. I'm not certain I'll ever find myself in this neighborhood again, but if i do I will definitely come back here.“

“OUT OF THIS WORLD! My first experience at Dayne's Craft Barbeque was surreal! I'm relatively new to Texas (2019, so bear with me) and from the minute I stepped foot on this hallowed ground, I have been searching for the best REAL DEAL Texas BBQ i could find. I've eaten plenty a "good" and mediocre BBQ, but have never experienced what I dreamed Texas barbeque should be...until NOW! The atmosphere is exactly what you would hope for...warm, cozy, and relaxed. I met a number of the staff working today (a Saturday) and let me tell you, what a great group of quality people who are joyfully excited and proud of the food and service they provide....VERY refreshing and welcoming! And now for why y'all are reading this...the food: Every single item we tried was over-the-top amazing. What balanced and clever flavor profiles! Every single bite was a "Morgasm (mouth orgasm)" that sent us into foodie euphoria! Beef brisket that melts in your mouth, pork ribs that fall off the bone, brisket burgers that take the word burger to a new megacosm! We also had the crisp apple slaw, the broccoli salad, the Frito pie beans (easily a meal in themselves) and a not-on-the-menu-yet beef brisket chili that was phenomenal. My search for the holy grail of Texas BBQ is over! Thank you Dayne's for an amazing experience I know will be repeated exclusively as long as I can at least crawl myself there if need be! She drove the car home because I was too "spent" to drive! Don't tell too many people about this place....I don't like lines....but this place is worth a 2-day drive if ya haven't been here! “I ordered Brisket, potato salad , coleslaw, beans and peach and blackberry cobblers for our Labor Day weekend barn dance. We had around 40 ish people and they absolutely loved everything ! The brisket was so tender you could cut it with a plastic fork. The sides were excellent and the cobblers so awesome we ran out early. Thank you so much . You made our day special.“
