“Sophia M and their shift were incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. Sophia, in particular, stood out for being super kind, upbeat, and attentive. She made the whole experience feel easy and enjoyable, and you could tell she genuinely cared about giving great service. On top of that, she was impressively fast with getting my food ready, without sacrificing quality or accuracy. It’s not every day you come across someone who can balance speed and friendliness so well, and it really made a positive difference in my visit. Initial Review:

I came to this location out of necessity. My wife had just delivered a baby and this was the closet cafe rio. It has the lowest rating. Once I placed my order - which as other reviews also state can only be done via kiosk - I began to read reviews and saw tales of 50+ minute wait times at 8:00 or 9:00 pm.

My wife loves Cafe Rio. I am generally not a fan and I feel the quality has significantly dropped over the past couple years.

This particular night I was in a rush and was considering asking for my money back after placing my order….BUT, my order was out in less than 10 minutes. I timed it. 7 minutes. Best experience I’ve ever had and the food quality was good.

This location is messy. The back line and lobby has garbage and chips laying everywhere. In my book it’s not that big a deal and tells a bigger story of how the management and ownership treats their employees. The employees did a great job.“

“We have traveled quite a bit in Mexico over the years. Our favorite places to eat are small, home-owned, “hole in the wall” type eateries. Always good food, warm pleasant people and just a comfortable place to be. We found that at El Gallo Giro. No corporate rubber chicken sandwiches here. Drop by for a fine meal and a touch of Mexico. I don’t think you will be disappointed…“

“We took a group to the Holy taco for lunch today. We were served quickly, and the food was delicious! We had the gringo and the taco. “If you’re looking for something a little different than your typical burrito place, give Bubbakoo’s Burritos in Orem a try. They have a great selection of Signature Creations, or you can build your own exactly how you want it.

I went with one of the Signature Creations, the Crispy Chicken Bacon Sriracha Ranch Quesadilla, and it was amazing. Great flavor, crispy on the outside, packed with flavor and some heat. My wife decided to create her own and ordered a grilled chicken Chiwawa. If you’re wondering what a Chiwawa is, it’s Bubbakoo’s signature Mexican fusion item, a deep fried, panko crusted cheesy rice ball that is smashed, topped with cheese and your choice of protein. I had to try a few bites of hers, and it was incredible.

We finished the meal with the Chocohaze empanada for dessert, and it did not disappoint. The crust was light and fluffy, and the flavor was sweet and divine.

“These al pastor tacos are incredible! The pineapple is always so fresh and the corn tortillas are on a whole other level. I tried the taco with cheese today and it was life changing!! Their tacos and meat are gluten free. Their quesadillas are massive and could easily feed 2 children maybe even 3. My picky eaters love the food here. And they have apple beer on fountain which is another favorite.“

“During coronavirus quarantine we try to Order from this place every week. Yesterday, was pretty crazy. The governor just asked people to stay home. People were lined up to pick up food. Your amazing employees were doing their best. Everyone was stressed and some customers took it out on the very people trying to serve them. “I’m not sure of all of the reasons I love Taco Time, but I do. I grew up in Utah and it was always such a great place to go. This location had amazingly friendly service and great, fresh food. “First time trying this place since the name change, Both as a Dasher & as a customer. I have to say the staff are awesome, very friendly and helpful (unlike some other places I have been recently) We ordered a Shredded Chicken Chimichanga, a California Burrito, a Habanero Burrito, and a side of rice. The food was served very promptly, hot and well presented, and we all agreed that it was absolutely delicious. Both of the Burritos and the Chimichanga were packed full of meat and flavor, Not like a lot of these places that pack them full of beans, and a few chewy bits of tasteless meat. They even put a bag of Cinnamon chips in with our order, which was a very nice touch. We will definitely be using this place on a regular basis, and will happily collect orders from their restaurant to deliver via DoorDash. Keep up the good work, it doesn’t go unnoticed.“
