“Sophia M and their shift were incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. Sophia, in particular, stood out for being super kind, upbeat, and attentive. She made the whole experience feel easy and enjoyable, and you could tell she genuinely cared about giving great service. On top of that, she was impressively fast with getting my food ready, without sacrificing quality or accuracy. It’s not every day you come across someone who can balance speed and friendliness so well, and it really made a positive difference in my visit. Initial Review:

I came to this location out of necessity. My wife had just delivered a baby and this was the closet cafe rio. It has the lowest rating. Once I placed my order - which as other reviews also state can only be done via kiosk - I began to read reviews and saw tales of 50+ minute wait times at 8:00 or 9:00 pm.

My wife loves Cafe Rio. I am generally not a fan and I feel the quality has significantly dropped over the past couple years.

This particular night I was in a rush and was considering asking for my money back after placing my order….BUT, my order was out in less than 10 minutes. I timed it. 7 minutes. Best experience I’ve ever had and the food quality was good.

This location is messy. The back line and lobby has garbage and chips laying everywhere. In my book it’s not that big a deal and tells a bigger story of how the management and ownership treats their employees. The employees did a great job.“

“We have traveled quite a bit in Mexico over the years. Our favorite places to eat are small, home-owned, “hole in the wall” type eateries. Always good food, warm pleasant people and just a comfortable place to be. We found that at El Gallo Giro. No corporate rubber chicken sandwiches here. Drop by for a fine meal and a touch of Mexico. I don’t think you will be disappointed…“

“We took a group to the Holy taco for lunch today. We were served quickly, and the food was delicious! We had the gringo and the taco. My husband came by Don Joaquin's a few days ago and couldn't stop raving about it so I decided to join him there for lunch today.... let me tell you that I am so glad that I did! The restaurant is spacious, clean and they have some freezers with Popsicles, paletas and ice cream bars and fried doraditos by the ordering station. Menu is simple but sometimes that all you need right? I got the gringa combo, which has 3 tacos (al pastor, chicken and asada) with a drink and my husband got an asada burrito with a side of rice. I also got a slice of strawberry tres leches cake which was stellar! Every single bite was lovely; everything was flavored so well and was fresh! Definitely recommend if you are in the area - you won't be disappointed!“

“Fui al de Springville ase unos días y siempre todo está bien y la cajera en la mañana bien buena y siempre con una sonrisa pero ese día fuimos en la tarde después de las 6pm y fue un error. Los que están en la tarde se ven que no les gusta el trabajo y un muchacho creo que se llama Iván en su cellular ignorando mi pregunta. “During coronavirus quarantine we try to Order from this place every week. Yesterday, was pretty crazy. The governor just asked people to stay home. People were lined up to pick up food. Your amazing employees were doing their best. Everyone was stressed and some customers took it out on the very people trying to serve them. Thank you for staying open so your employees have work and we have food. Thank your employees for dealing so patiently with the customers that don’t handle this stress so well.“
