“Small, always packed (which is a good sign), sometimes chaotic, absolutely delicious with some original recipe items plus the usual favorites for breakfast and lunch. The Park Potatoes are wonderful, NOT like the usual frozen hash browns from chains. I tried their chilaquiles with green sauce which was different than ive had elsewhere but perfectly delicious! If you go and you have the time to wait, its worth the wait. Go earlier than later and you can usually get in quicker.“

“Love the food here and the servers are great but after being here for an hour, the manager actually came to our table and told us to leave. Said the wait list is long and we can go to the lobby to socialize. By the way the lobby was nearly empty. We asked to talk to the manager, he said he was it and when we asked if he was serious, he chuckled and said yes. We even left an extra $20 for the server because we knew we’d be here longer. We are a paying table. I have never been asked to leave a restaurant - this is not how you treat your customers. Not a good practice to get people to come back. SO DISAPPOINTING!!!“

“My far the best breakfast sandwich I’ve ever had! We’ve been wanting to try this place for a long time, and my biggest regret is not going sooner because wow…. The Bulgogi is my personal favorite because I love Bulgogi so I might be a little biased. But my boyfriend got the Manila and that one was equally as good! Overall, I don’t think you can have a bad sandwich here… I would highly recommend if it’s on your list of places to try!“

“This was our first time at First Watch and boy did they blow us away with the combination of excellent food and exceptional, friendly service!! The hostess greeted us with a smile as we walked in the door and had us seated in a matter of moments. She was so kind and explained the new fall menu and shared with us her favorites as a recommendation. Our server was Martin and he is probably the must fun, friendly, and attentive server we’ve ever had. Before I knew it my fresh squeezed orange juice was in my hand which I enjoyed with mouthwatering maple bacon! I got the plate to share but after the first bite- didn’t want to hahaha!! Our breakfast was amazing and Martin was so helpful keeping our drinks filled and helping with whatever we asked. That warm maple syrup for the pancakes was the cherry on top!! Martin and the staff at First Watch are phenomenal. We’ll definitely be back and with friends!!“

“Hello there. I was at your SLC restaurant on South Foothill earlier today and am very pleased with the food I ordered (Has# Fried Chicken Benedict). However, I was very displeased with the number of times my server ran his hands over and through his hair (I counted 6) and never washed his hands before serving food - as he did to me. This disturbed me greatly - so much so that I could not finish my order and took the remainder home where I will look for any evidence of loose hair(s) before eating it. “On their website they advertise they are friendly to laptop workers and this is true, although I couldn't find the wifi that was advertised. Just make sure to pay your ticket as soon as you're done with your meal.
I ordered the huevos rancheros and would probably want to try the egg version next time, the tofu was okay. The pinto beans were a little undercooked/hard though I appreciate they prepare their own beans. Wait staff was friendly.“
