“so i don’t typically leave reviews for places but the experience i had today was so positive that i had to share. i ordered lunch for pickup this afternoon and was late with arriving due to personal instances (relevant i promise) and i received a phone call from a very kind person letting me know my order was ready. i was flustered in the moment due to my situation and quickly made up that i was lost getting to their downtown slc location and he immediately went into assistance mode, giving me directions while assuring my order will be kept until i arrived and it was exactly the human interaction from a kind stranger i didn’t know i needed until it happened. i arrived quickly thereafter and i presume it was the same person who handed me my order was the one who called me and his in person kindness matched his over the phone kindness. every time i’ve come here its been nothing short of exceptional customer service and if not most importantly - the food is ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS. the buffalo chicken and turkey bacon wraps are to die for and breakfast sandwiches slap too i swear it. also i’m just now remembering i ordered 2 sandwiches for 2 people but i didn’t order 2 bags of chips cause i’m trying to save money and before leaving out the door with my order, he added ANOTHER bag of chips in to my bag because there was already chips in my bag (crying) thank you for being such wonderful people and for being part of our wonderful salt lake city community!“

“Went in to the store around 2:50pm today, and the entire crew was so friendly and their service was incredible. My girlfriend ordered a veggie, and one of the Lady’s wiped down the slicer for us without even asking. The whole crew was social and amazing, and it made my birthday even better :)“

“I come in a couple times week to either there yummy asiago Bagel with cream cheese, or their tuscan chicken sandwhich with fries. I just tried their Chipotle pepper jack cheese burger, and was so delicious, and my work had their clam chowder that was also so delicious. Highly recommend!!“

“My hubby and I stopped in for the first time ever to use a gift card. OMG, it was amazing! Hubby said his chopped cheese sandwich was unlike anything he’s ever had before, in a good way, and the potato salad was a surprise treat. I had the turkey which looked exactly like the menu picture- that doesn’t happen very often and tasted really good . Katy was super helpful and informative. Definitely worth a repeat.“

Much to our dismay there were no raisins and we are always on the lookout for raisins in our cinnamon rolls. Carl, the owner, said he’d make a pan with raisins for just for us. Every time I come in he is actively engaging with customers, even when it is busy. He truly is setting the example for his team. “This place is a freakin gem! I can find no faults in the cheese steak, it is perfection in a bun and has no equal in Salt Lake County. I ordered to go online. I had to modify the pickup time in order to run another errand. They answered the phone promptly, understood my requests and asked clarifying questions. My food was hot and delicious when I got home. We need to continue to support small independent businesses such as this one or face the doom of soulless chain restaurants that treat you as a number they desire to extract as much money as they can out of.“

“The Robin’s Nest is easily my favorite sandwich shop in Utah. The sandwiches are fantastic, but the service is what really sets this place apart. By my third visit, the cashier—who I think might also be the owner—recognized me, handed me a punch card, and even credited my previous visits. Despite how busy they get, the team moves quickly and keeps things running smoothly.
My only real complaint is that their hours are limited, and they only have the one downtown location. Then again, that might be a blessing for my health.“

The staff and owner are extremely friendly and inviting, the food quality and portion sizes are out of this world. “We ordered from Port Of Subs through an app called ezCater for a Halloween party we were having. I looked around for easy meal ideas for our party for a few days and after looking at some of the typical ones people use, I found that many places were crazy expensive AND, I would have to go pick it up myself. I found their options for catering really appealing, and the price was reasonable. I also love that they offer a veggie tray and most places don't. The other up side is that I didn't have to find a way to keep food warm like we would have had to for a taco bar or burgers etc. We ordered the Spectacular Sub Assortment which we got to pick 4 styles (Turkey & Provolone, Ham & American, Roast Beef and Provolone, and BLT) and had the bread type an assortment (white or wheat). We then had them put lettuce and tomato but had Mayo on the side so they wouldn't get soggy. We also ordered some chips, the Definitely Dessert Platter, and as I mentioned, the Vegetable Garden Splendor. You guys! not only were the sandwiches a hit, that veggie tray was AMAZING!!!! The dessert platter had brownies and cookies and they were sooo good, and ALL the sandwiches were gone at the end of the night. They had plenty of toppings on them and the bread was delicious. I HIGHLY recommend them and I will use them again when we need to cater something.“

“The staff were very friendly! I came into the store to pick up my mobile order from the app and the worker noted that they hadn’t received it. Odd because it’s the right location and time. I confirmed the order was for the correct store and provided an email receipt. We come to find out someone stole our bag at the pick up. This was over $100 worth of sandwiches. Thankfully the employees honored our receipt and remade our sandwiches. From a family who is exhausted and just finished moving, thanks for turning the situation around!“

“I love going to Oh Mai. One of the best dishes to enjoy. I have been a customer with them for many many years and often go to their locations in South Salt Lake and Salt Lake City. I went in to their South Jordan location and ordered their P.5 - Ribeye & Brisket Pho and on the menu board behind the cash register they have the prices listed as $12.99. I ordered it and was charged $15.46 after tax (before tax $14.25) on my receipt. I thought maybe they made a mistake on the charge so I asked the sweet lady who charged me about the price error. Her reply was that the prices on the menu board are 10 years old and the prices of things have increased. I felt bamboozled by the false advertisement of the price on the menu board.

I hope they can have one of their employees take some time to help place new price tags on the menu board soon or perhaps letting their customers know that the prices are incorrect on the menu board and relay them verbally the new price or hand them an up to date menu with correct prices. Oh Mai thank you so much for being a part of Utah and making delicious food!“

“I just barely gave a mostly negative review to this Subway due to my most recent online order experience with them. They also deserve a positive review for a past experience Ive had with them that they deserve credit for. A month ago I made an online order for a sub and when I went to drive and pick it up, my cars ignition died and I wasnt able to pick up my order. For the next 3 days the staff worked with me constantly to assure that I would recieve my order and I was able to pick it up that following Sunday morning.
