“As a restaurant owner I know the industry very well. Building very clean. Custom service was outstanding! I watched the building fill up and witnessed employees stepping up giving everyone the same excellent customer service. Wait time was 11 mins, food was fresh and excellent. An employee checked on me and gave me a a coupon to come back… I will be back!“

The chicken sandwich was amazing and spicy and fresh. I'll go there every time I'm in SLC and I hope that someday Pretty Bird comes to New York!“

“I had been promising my grandson. I would take him there to get something to eat. He had been wanting to for a while. He gave it a 10 out of 10 absolutely enjoyed It!!! Could not stop raving about the biscuits and gravy and the chicken tenders. Absolutely delicious. Awesome price as well! I personally thought the gravy was delicious as well and I usually don't care for gravy, so that's saying a lot.“

You did everything you can in this area, it was just disappointing for my kids that they had no play place, and it was a little disappointing to me that we needed a code to use the bathroom. “I airways use the app because it's easy and super friendly. Today I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich with a gluten free bun. I got all the way home and found that I had the Grilled chicken but no bun! I was super frustrated and called the store. It is really hard to stay upset with them when they instantly will do anything to make it right. Their first option was not just an apology and an oh well. It was an apology and an offer to hand deliver a new sandwich with the gluten free bun. 10 minutes later I have a fresh warm sandwich with the gluten free bun that I wanted. And they brought my kids brownies as well! It was all delivered with huge apologies by one of the managers in their own car. They always go above and beyond at this store to fix the mistakes that they rarely make. Everyone is human. It's how you handle the mistakes that leave a lasting impression.“

“I’ve been coming to this Chicken Express location since I was a kid, so about 18 years, and it has genuinely remained my all-time favorite restaurant. Over the years, the owners and employees have always been incredibly kind, welcoming, and consistent, which makes the experience feel special every single time.
Their food has always been exceptional. My go-to orders are the combination plate and the gyro plate, and they are absolutely fabulous every time. The massive portions, incredible flavor, freshness, and quality are exactly why I keep coming back after all these years.
This place has been such a staple for me, and I’m so happy to see it continue under new management. We met the owner today and he was wonderful and so kind. If you’re in Salt Lake and haven’t tried their food yet, you absolutely need to. It’s one of those restaurants that deserves all the love and support.“

“Great atmosphere, friendly environment have outlets to charge your phones, bathrooms that dont require payment and open late 10pm, lots of booths free refills. No pressure sales often enjoy staying longer after eating. The kernels home-base gets the 6 star general solute“

Better than other locations I have been to in the area. The service was exceptional as well. Tasha was very kind and inviting. She made sure that I had all the items to my order. “Everybody loves chicken! Especially if it's at Chick-fil-A. They also have great salads. Their drive-thru is nice and speedy. It's definitely a children and youth favorite. It's everyone's top choice when we ask about where they want to go. And Chick-fil-A sauce is absolutely the best. My kids love to hoard it and save it for dipping fries or potatoes that we'd make at home.“
