“I must shout out to the gentleman (I do not know his name - he has ash/blond, longer hair and such a cute smile) working the drive-up window this morning (12.29.25) absolutely made my ENTIRE day!! It is obviously Monday so it was bad just because of that but I added a whole host of other 'fun' things' just in case I needed something extra. I missed my alarm, missed my exit on I-15, late for work/missed a meeting, make-up not done and what was done was trash, the list goes on... Needless to say, I had the worst morning E V E R!! He asked how my day was thus far and I let him have all of it; the alarm, the exit, my make-up - all of it! He didn't seem rushed, he never took his eyes away from me to look at the, I am sure, was a very long line behind me, he didn't seem or appear to be any sort of hurry to get me the hell out of the line. He just listened and .... took it upon himself to do what he could do to make my life better this morning. He listened with grace and compassion. I want him (and his boss) to know how amazing that was and just how much I appreciated him for taking time with me and proceed to help in a way that he could help - essentially, this crazy stranger - have a better day - and he was successful!! “I live in Provo but I go out of my way to go to this location. Dutch Bros is one of my favorite places to get coffee and the baristas here are genuinely the best. every conversation I've had with them has just been so wonderful and has left such an amazing mark on my day“

“Isaac makes a cup of coffee so well that I proposed to my girlfriend an hour later. We order a fairly complex cup of coffee that was designed by a friend of ours that used to work at Starbucks. Isaac asked follow up questions the first time we ordered and made it the best out of anyone that we’ve ordered the drink from. We came back every day that he worked the week that we were in town and we even invited him to the wedding. The man is magic!“

Love talking to the wonderful employees specifically Taylorsville employees, the produce has all great veggies and they are fresh! love the managers in fresh cut/produce. “I've been stopping by Starbucks for a long time, and it never disappoints. It's always clutch when I need a quick coffee before work or just want to grab a drink and relax for a bit. The coffee is consistently good, the baristas are friendly, and they do a great job keeping the line moving even when it's busy. I've tried quite a few different drinks over the years and they've always been on point. Definitely one of those places that's easy to keep coming back to because the experience is always solid.“

“I had groceries delivered today to my dad who had just got home from a intensive emergency surgery not only did the delivery drive pack them up 3 fights of stairs but put them in the house so my parents just had to put them away. delivered at the time they said, items were exactly what I ordered from 3 states away, this above and beyond my expectations from any company..Thank you!! well done and truly appreciated“

“I have very specific orders that I want and would prefer to mobile order just to ensure my order is made correctly and to not bother the staff but everytime I check on the app, the mobile order option is not available. I guess my order was put in incorrectly so they had to re-put it in but it wasn't correct to what I had originally ordered. I felt bad having to ask them to correct it yet again. They kindly remade it for me but it was too milky (even though I ordered just 1/2 inch of milk), barely had any ice that the drink wasn't even cold, and there was hardly any caramel lining the cup as I ordered. I could tell it was frustrating for the staff and I was kind. I didn't want to bother them again but at that point I wished I had just asked for a refund bc after all of that, my drink wasn't even made properly. I ended up going to another location, explained the situation, threw that one away, and got a new one that was made correct to order the first try. The workers here tend to be kind and I go often enough that there are some I appreciate but it seemed as if there was some tension within the team and they were more focused on being right and doing things correctly but not making my drink correctly. It was just a little frustrating of an experience and very time-consuming. Thankful for the staff trying to work with me but then after all of that, I didn't even walk away satisfied with a good drink. So just a little disappointing. Having mobile order available more often would be really helpful in situations like these so customers can ensure they're putting in their order correctly without stressing the staff out more and so we can get there and have our drinks ready for us when we get there.

All the other times I've been here I've had great service and it has never been too busy and for the most part, my drinks are made correctly.“

“The baristas here were great, we were in town for a family member's funeral and went to Smith's to pick up a prescription after an Instacare visit the morning of, so all in all not the setup to a great day-- but the staff was so kind. “Co-Located with Guru's Cafe in Provo, it shares some of the same aesthetics. I "checked in" on YELP at Guru's when we had dinner there and was "rewarded" with a coupon for a "free cookie" from Enliten Bakery. Normally, I don't accept gifts or discounts from places I review unless it is a printed coupon anyone can use and this offer seemed close enough to that standard to give it a try. Also, living hundreds of miles away there was not likely another opportunity to use it later. Generally, my view is if I wouldn't buy something, getting it for free with a coupon is "no great deal." It was a busy day for the hard working crew at Enlighten and Guru's and it was also within an hour of their closing. After enjoying a very good dinner I went to the bakery counter to find out what my coupon could redeem? They had a single peanut butter cookie left which had a corner broken off, some sugar cookies, and some gluten-free cookies, one each of chocolate chip, the other was Snickerdoodle. Of all of these the broken peanut butter cookie was the most appealing to me and sugar cookies the least. I also thought to myself I'll take "the damaged one" so they can sell the others. The nice lady grabbed it with tongs and just add she tried to put it in a bag with them the cookie fell to the floor. She was mortified. She asked if I wanted a suggest cookie instead and I explained that would not go over well with my wife who would be sharing it with me. She then offered the two remaining gluten-free cookies, which I accepted. The grace she handled this with is more noteworthy than the cookies. They were good, even two days later when we enjoyed them with decaf enhanced with a little Irish Cream back at home. The bakery also had Sweet Potato Cheesecake which really intrigued me but I didn't have room for after our meal from Guru's and our would not have kept well during our drive back to Cheyenne the next day. While we were still a at the bakery, I "checked in" on YELP and... got another coupon for a "free cookie". The next time were there I'm not going to use it. Instead, I'm going to leave room for desert and try a slice of that Sweet Potato (or some other) cheesecake. 😁 Bon Appétit 😀“

The person working the register (maybe Julian?) was kind & pleasant (& brave when having to look under the huge urn!).
