The service is fast, my only issues have been that fries have been over salted, Chicken nuggets can be rubbery at worst, and McFlurries aren't mixed. “Great products and great service. What more can you ask for? My story if you’re interested in the extent this small bakery goes through for service. I live in Idaho. My parents in West Jordan. I like to get them treats on occasion. Getting a good product, you never see and getting it to them at the right time has been the challenge. This latest occasion was for Father's Day 2023. I looked up some local bakeries on google that I hoped could deliver in time and had good reviews. I didn't know what to expect when I got in touch with the Flour Box Bakery. It was after hours when I sent a message on their website, expecting to be contacted the next day. I received a message from Gienie (pronounced Jenny if I'm not mistaken) at 9:42 PM that night. We texted and agreed Friday at 9AM to talk. As agreed, she called me on time. Of course, as timing goes, I wasn’t available to talk. She texted me again to follow up. We texted and talked and all of it was smooth and helpful. Initially I was looking for delivery but upon ordering I had a change of plans. I bounced back and forth between pickup and delivery a few times. Gienie was amazing and patient with her accommodations. Not only did she take care of what I needed, she gave great advice. She texted me when the baking was completed and another when it was delivered. She also threw in a few favorites as “extras” at no charge, which was not necessary but appreciated. I didn't get to personally taste the product being in Idaho. I did confirm with my parents who gave rave reviews on the baked goods and friendliness of servcie. I look forward to trying other products and will be ordering more on my next trip to visit. Thank you Gienie.“

“I love this location and if I am in the area I will go out of my way to order at this Starbucks. The team is always so friendly and they always make my drink perfectly. Kaitlyn is one of the managers and is always helping the staff and communicates with the customers. Sometimes the drink is only part of it, but the kindness of Kaitlyn and her staff makes the stop worth it. If your in the area, I highly recommend this location.“

“I love DingTea so much, and this location is my favorite! Today my boyfriend went in and the cute employees remembered him and my order (strawberry milk tea with strawberry jam). My boyfriend also saw that they have a cotton candy machine and tried to get me cotton candy. The machine wasn’t working yet, so one of the cute employees felt bad and gave him a free drink. Seriously the sweetest staff ever and I’m beyond flattered they remember us! The drinks here are also the best; they never disappoint!!“

“If you are looking for the best coffee in SLC, look no further. I tried them once and immediately put myself on their subscription service. Every roast, every bean I have tried has been an amazing cup of coffee. The only suggestion I have for them is this: please offer a French press in your cafe. Your coffee is magical and a French press would better an already amazing experience.“

“I LOVE coming to this location! I recently moved about 15 minutes south but I drive to this location anyways because the customer service is amazing! Whether I go through the drive through or go inside the store, everyone is friendly and super welcoming. It makes such a HUGE difference to me. The baristas are genuine and caring and I can tell they are not just there because it is “their job”. I’ve never had a poor experience at this location and will keep coming here.“

“Beecher's is such a great place for a quick snack or lunch before a flight. My food was ready within 5 minutes, the employee that helped me was friendly and fast, and, most importantly, the food was delicious! I'd recommend the mac and cheese and the grilled cheese.“

“This was my 1st time at the establishment. Had the brisket pho tonight. A very large flavorful portion. Great meat to noodle ratio. Flavoring was perfect. A generous serving of side items for the pho. The staff was very nice and helpful. Even the bathrooms were well maintained and clean. I really enjoyed my dinner here. I will definitely return to try more items, to have the pho again, and to introduce more people to this establishment. Solidly worth your money!!“
