“For a fast food place Arctic Circle is the best of the best+ The food is phenomenal and the milk shakes are to die for. Above the rim delicious! We used to go to Arctic Circle when my kids were little and we all loved the chicken fingers and fries. There still on the menu with the same great flavors. A square pumpkin meal with a Halloween flashlight was the choice of the day. The kids ate all their food and we all had a great time. We'll be back with the grandkids for another fun lunch. Thanks Arctic Circle for not changing a thing. Good and wholesome through and through!!“

The freshly sliced meat is nice, but what's more impressive is the sandwich structure. You get an even bite all the way through the sandwich. “First time at a Carl's junior in 10 years and pleasantly surprised at the quality of food. Got the El Diablo and it did not disappoint. Right amount of spiciness, and the fries were really good. The counter brought out good to the table, which is never the case for fast food counter order type establishments. “I have been coming here since they've opened and love their food. However, I am very disheartened lately how their cook Olden (I believe is his name) treats the other staff. He tends to get overwhelmed by tickets or special requests. When I've experienced this happening he seems as though he gets stressed out. Then he lashes out on the other staff around him, especially the owner's mother who works the register. I've experienced this on multiple occasions and it's frustrating to see. I love this place but it's beginning to make me not want to come here due to how he treats others. I have kept my mouth closed for the experience of other customers in the building. However, your staff don't deserve this type of treatment and I will be standing up for them the next time this happens in front of me. I've kept my mouth shut long enough.“

“I mean it’s a hot dog shack not much else. It’s hard to find a real Chicago style hotdog in the SLC area but they got close enough. They had hotdogs for everyone. Even had a Mac and cheese dog. Of course the classic chili cheese dog was there also.“

“I just went through the drive-thru at 8:55 p.m. on January 27th. I placed my order and then drove up to the window to pay and get my food. It seems to be the norm to get greeted by an employee that you can tell really doesn't want to be there and has no personality, and most the time just mumbles at you and then throws you your food.
The young lady working the drive-thru tonight was one of, if not the most polite, friendly, and professional people I have had the pleasure in talking with. She greeted me with a smile, engaged in conversation with some friendly banter, and wished me well as I left. Thank you, that made my night. Keep it up, you definitely deserve a raise. ;)“

When Joel the general manager found out about it, he contacted us and apologized. He invited us back so he could make up for everything. He was polite, professional and genuine. David always has a positive attitude and helps make me feel valued as a customer during my fairly frequent visits.
