“Nami has a great variety of sushi rolls and entrees. I went here with 6 friends we split 6 rolls and 2 appetizers. It was delicious and the food came out fast. I loved the San Francisco roll.Vegetarian options: There are several vegetarian rolls, appetizers, and entrees here.Parking: Standard strip mall parkingWheelchair accessibility: No steps with single standard size business door.“
“Awesome Shoyu and Tsukemen ramen, probably the best in Utah. Usually need to wait if you're not getting here right at opening especially on a weekend night. Would love to see their menu rotate in the future and add on some Shio or Tonkotsu. Also would be nice to have some weather protection out front for all the people waiting to eat.“
“The Miso Ramen hits here! So good and balanced between the broth, toppings, and moods. Definitely won’t disappoint! The sushi is also pretty exceptional too. The Billy Billy and Volcano were some of my favorites. Service was friendly and helpful as well. The ambiance was also nice and updated as well and not over the top. My fave place in Salt Lake City so far!“
“What One does better than other SLC ramen spots: (1) great sear on the chashu pork, creating a variety of textures from crunchy to melt-in-your-mouth tender, (2) perfectly cooked jammy eggs, not just half but one whole one!, (3) amazing marinade on the karaage, very gingery and moist thigh meat, (4) pleasant pace of service, (5) not as crowded as, say, JINYA. What could be better: richer tonkotsu broth.“
“We found this place looking for an alternative to the trendy, overpriced, and overrated sushi places we typically go to in Salt Lake City.So happy we did. This place is a gem, with outstanding quality and attention to details, all at a reasonable price. The service was exceptional too.I did not try the ramen, but I strongly recommend the sushi / sashimi, which is possibly the best I have ever had. This is definitely worth the slightly longer drive, and we will come back.“
“Good restaurant to have a casual ramen. Like average I may say. It’s good but not outstanding. It’s my husband’s favorite restaurant for ramen but personally it doesn’t hit the spot for me to be crazy about it. Service is good, atmosphere is really nice because is almost always empty.“
“Okay this place is amazing. I absolutely loved this little gem. It has the best ren I have ever had. The staff were wonderful, food came out quick, and everything else was freaking amazing.I would love to come here again and again and again but I just found out they are closing! In two days! It just breaks my heart. If you are reading this May 27th 2023, you need to go there tomorrow May 28th 2023. You literally have one chance till this place is gone. You will regret not going!“
“The ramen soup is delicious, although they serve you less than the ones at One noddle, but it is good... The downside is that the menu has no price on many of the things it offers.... The good thing is that they always have beer and sake....“
“First time dining in, but ordered on door dash many times. My favorite chicken teriyaki in SLC and the spicy Miso ramen was also very good. Perfect serving size and priced fairly, it's one of my regular spots to eat when I'm craving a teriyaki rice bowl!“
“Second time here and honestly this is one of the better ramen places here. The menu is limited but that's a good sign because the care they put into the menu items is obvious. Compared to another new ramen spot this one blows it out of the water with the balance of flavor, noodles, meat, and the crunch from veggies without having to pay for extra toppings. Service is quick and friendly. The restaurant was extremely warm though which made it uncomfortable while eating hot soup. The chicken karage was juicy with lots of plump pieces. Parking is plentiful due to the fact it's in a strip mall and there's plenty of seating.“
“Greatest Ramen bar in all of Utah! The owner was very accommodating and personable. Food was prepared quickly with great care and pride. And it was awesome! Definitely a great place to eat and hang out. Highly recommend and will definitely be back.“
“Food was great! Loved the Curry Ramen!Has an unusual smell when you first walk in. You won't notice it after a while, however.Everything has MSG so if that is something that you are allergic to, you can eat only have the edamame as an option. One of our party has an allergy to MSG so that was their only option. There were only two small groups including mine and the service was slow. The Curry tasted just like the curry from my favorite Chinese restaurant. The noodles were overcooked and had no chew, but it was good otherwise. There were only a few parking spots. We parked in the parking lot of the strip mall behind the restaurant.“
“Absolutely amazing, my significant other and I have tried many a place in regards to ramen. This is my first time finding a 10/10 place. All around deliciousness, will definitely come back before I leave salt lake!! I tried the spicy super ramen!“
“Don't hesitate ordering the Curry Ramen. It's the most amazing ramen I've ever tasted! So much so we had to come back again the next day! You won't regret it!!! My husband has tried three of the Ramens and says the Curry was his fav, but also loved the Spicy Miso!“
“A wonderful noodle restaurant! A nice variety of dishes. Fast and friendly service. Delicious noodle dishes; hot and very tasty!Parking: Parking lot is shared with other businesses but with patience, there's a space.Wheelchair accessibility: Ample tables for a wheelchair customer. Didn't use the restroom to substantiate handicap accommodatng.“
“Comfy, cozy and DELICIOUS. We went for the nostalgia as my husband used to go with his family 20+years ago. Everything we had was tastier than he remembered, and it was his family's favorite back in the day. So so good. We'll be back for more soon!“
“Delicious rolls, smaller selection than some. Atmosphere is great, was nice enough for a nice date but casual enough for us girls after an evening ice skating to celebrate a child’s birthday. Service was slower than anticipated we were seated at the next table over from a rowdy crowd, I realize I had teen girls with me but it was a little much to be next over from like 10-12 rowdy 20-something’s when there was plenty of space to be a bit spread out. Birthday celebrating was cute and the ladies who helped us were really nice.“
“I love this place! I go at lunch and we are immediately seated. The food is fantastic. I love that I have the choice of sushi and/or Ramen. Their chicken katsu curry Ramen and their Kimchi Ramen are amazing! We needed a good Ramen house closer to us, and here it is. Others in the area aren't as good.“
“I’ve been wanting to come here for a while, and it did not disappoint! Both ramens we ordered were amazing (Tonkatsu & Kimchi), and the Chili Beef Dumplings were even better. I definitely plan on coming back to try their other dishes.“
“It’s in a food court style of place with a few other restaurants, so there’s really no atmosphere to speak of. I’d love to see them open a full restaurant, I’d go there for sure! I had the chicken ramen bowl & it was amazing! Lots of nice big pieces of chicken breast cooked just right, great noodles, and the broth is just perfect. My only complaint is that it’s too expensive but you do get a large portion, so I still recommend it with 5 stars.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair friendly, open seating.“
“A quality noodle house like this is a treasure. Yoko is one of these.A simple menu that focuses mainly on Ramen, the food is excellent. The broth is hearty, the noodles well cooked, and it is brought to you quickly and hot. One of the few noodle houses that I'll completely finish the bowl. The place is small, and split between a traditional setting and a sit down area with more modern aesthetics. It is located right next door to a bar as well, making it a great stop beforehand.A lovely community cornerstone, this is a place to visit.“
“Jinya just kills it with their chashu! It is smoky and perfectly tender every time. Its consistently the best I've had in the area.I love to get the "Sprouting Up" ramen. It's no longer on the menu, but they'll happily make it for you. The fried brussels sprouts in it are delicious. This is a larger location than the one in Murray, so it's a good choice if you'd like a better chance of getting a seat!“
“Was visiting from the coast, where I have experienced some superb ramen, and a friend brought me here. I usually visit these kind of restaurants with a little trepidation when not in the middle of a community of the same ethnic background as the food, but my friend was excited so I was willing to trust him. I'm so glad I did. JINYA had a great energetic atmosphere and our server was attentive. I arrived a bit early and the server kept asking if I wanted to get started (as if it looked like I got stood up for a date, lol. I was meeting an old college buddy so...) but I appreciated that I didn't feel forgotten. When my buddy arrived he was quick to get us started. Now to the food!I'm a good friend, so I didn't interrupt our visit to get pics, but I'm a little sorry I didn't. It looked great, I appreciated the presentation and array of colours. I got the JINYA Tonkatsu black and the Crispy Chicken (chicken karage for those who know). I was certainly expecting our chicken to barely serve the two of us, but the pieces they served us were HUGE. Each piece was about 3x the size of the pieces I was used to from the coast. Purests would probably say they were too big and couldn't be eaten as single bite pieces, but I call it a blessing of being in a land-locked, lower-cost- of- living state. The ramen was on par with what I've had before,so I call that excellent because it certainly surpassed my expectations. I had everything as the chef intended except I swapped thin noodles for thick. I love a good chew! The overall experience was great! And helped by attending with good company. I'd highly recommend for a date, meetup, or group outing. There was space for larger groups (looked like up to 10), or small corners for solo outings or intimate meetups. Well planned and laid out space, but smallish, so you might have to wait if you come with a big group and no reservation.Dietary restrictions: They can customize any dish. Might be hard to get it without garlic or onion, but it never hurts to ask.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair entrance and roll up tables.“
