“A must visit for anybody looking for a great sandwich, healing soup, and especially for those who have never had banh mi, pho, or Vietnamese food at all. Incredibly wonderful atmosphere, the restaurant is so cute and elegantly decorated, and the food comes out so quick I was amazed. It was a fantastic meal. They were even nice enough to give two bowls so that a friend could share one order of foot into two bowls for smaller appetites. The staff are so nice and it is such a pleasant experience overall. “It's nice to have a pho place close to home and not have to drive 30 minutes to get a good bowl. Café Trang is in a small strip mall in suburban South Jordan, bordering Herriman. It's not the first place you'd think to find such a restaurant, but I'm glad it's here. Service is terrific-when the man behind the counter (likely the owner) learned that it was our first time, he happily oriented us with the menu and made some suggestions for my vegetarian friend. There were plenty of options to make us both happy. I enjoyed the pho with the beef broth and shrimp. The flavor was excellent without being overpowering. I appreciated having something warm on a cool spring day. They were also very accommodating and not rushing us even though we arrived about 40 minutes prior to closing time.“

“Don't judge me but the pho is so good that I came here 5 times in March alone lol the food is good and the fact that this spot is ran by older folks makes me feel like they know what they're doing in the kitchen. They keep it clean and tidy.“

“First off, you know it’s good when it smells delicious from the outside. Soooo many good options for vegetarians here. I love Vietnamese food and this one did it justice with their options. I ordered the lemongrass tofu on vermicelli noodles. My friend ordered the garlic tofu on vermicelli noodles. Both were delicious! The food arrived fast, which was good because we were starving. “I've been searching for a sugarcane drink place in Utah for a really long time. Not only was this drink authentic but tasted very similar to how my hometown in Vietnam used to make it. It was very nostalgic and brought back a lot of memories from my childhood. This is very convenient knowing I no longer have to travel to Cali to get sugarcane since this location is 10 minutes from my house. I also recommend their spring rolls/egg rolls, chicken rice plate, and flan cake:)“

“Don’t go any where else for Pho. They have the best broth in the salt lake valley, delicious!!! I had the specialty pho w/o meatballs because I’m gluten free. “Wanted pho and google searched to find it late last night! Felt guilty because it was so close to closing for them already and a beautiful woman at the door when walking in with a bright smile apologized because dine in was closed and only to go available. That’s all I needed- after working 12 hours myself we all just want to get home. Super friendly service - great prices - better food. Plus I don’t know anywhere you get chili oil to go but I was not just pleased with the food, but they reminded me what a great community we all take part. Pho salt lake. Dinner was great!“

“This is the first time I came to Utah for traveling and the food is phenomenal. Service was nice since I came in the rush hour but the food came out fast and fresh. “So I come here every time I visit Utah.If you want good PHO come here! If you are thinking this is going to be the best PHO in the state your out of luck, but if your in the mood for PHO and you are in the neighborhood. You cannot go wrong by eating here. This place use to overload on meat, but they kind skimp on the meat now. This is why they get 4 stars. The broth is outstanding.I have eaten Vietnamese Food in 27 states and this place has the best traditional Bahn Mi sand-which. It is expensive for $9, but if you spend money on it you won’t regret it.Google shows 4.3 stars when I think it should be 4.6 - 4.7 . Hope this helps.“

“I had the pork and egg banh mi and it was good, not the best I've ever had. Bread was crusty on the outside and soft on the inside, not alot of pork though. The viet iced coffee was strong and legit, and the coconut cream sticky rice and bean dessert was tasty as well.“

“Small but wonderful Vietnamese restaurant. I am visiting Salt Lake and my friend brought me to this place to cure my cold. We ordered the Pho tai and it hits the spot, the beef was tender and the broth was flavorful. We also ordered the com tam and they were also good but I wish the fish sauce was a little sweeter, which would go well with the flavorful meat. The Vietnamese coffee was great too. I highly recommend the place to all Vietnamese visiting salt lake.“

“Of course another good place to eat pho. Totally recommend anyone to come to this if they're not crazy about pho in Utah. You can expect the food to come out quickly. It's like pho with a modern touch, gotta appreciate how they setup the place to look nice. You just pay first upfront unlike other pho restaurants. “My go to spot for lunch on Tuesday, always start with the fresh springs rolls (no pork). For entree I get the shaking beef, this last time however when I got the shaking beef portion was fairly smaller than the times before…I guess I’ll have to ask for more beef even if I have to pay for it, but overall really really great food!“

“I never been to Bambū before and have seen so many videos of popping boba. I have been so eager to try it. When I first walked in I was so in awe of the vibe and decor of the place. It really is beautiful and it smelled amazing! I got the strawberry banana smoothie with strawberry popping boba. It was 10/10! It was so good and the popping boba was so fun. I loved it! I will definitely be returning and telling all my family to try it as well. Also the lady at the register was so sweet and friendly. Look forward to trying more drinks!“

“I have been going here for several years. The flavor of the Pho broth varies slightly some days, However it is still the best Pho ever, their sandwiches are very good also. My favorite pho is P1 brisket and favorite banh mi sandwich is S8 garlic Ribeye. The people here are also very polite and I love the calm atmosphere.“

“One of the best viet spots in SLC, never had a bad meal here and even friends from our of town love it. Menu is very extensive with so many options to choose from. My favorites are the roast chicken (fried basically) egg noodles soup, wonton and cha siu egg noodles soup, and combination rice dish are all great. The sweet and savory mini pancake shrimp with coconut milk is really good and not found in many places. Def recommend when in the area, with many other food and dessert options in the chinatown supermarket complex.“

“If you live around the area, don't think you have to drive to West Valley for a good bowl of pho or Viet food, in general. This place does it well and definitely clears nearby competitors. Per their pho, their broth is delicate, slightly sweet, and more spiced than beefy. It's a good proper bowl, but I was more inclined towards their rice plates. I got their chicken plate to which the meat was tender and healthily marinated in lemongrass.“

“This was my 1st time at the establishment. Had the brisket pho tonight. A very large flavorful portion. Great meat to noodle ratio. Flavoring was perfect. A generous serving of side items for the pho. The staff was very nice and helpful. Even the bathrooms were well maintained and clean. I really enjoyed my dinner here. I will definitely return to try more items, to have the pho again, and to introduce more people to this establishment. Solidly worth your money!!“
