“We always enjoy Applebee's. We got there before the dinner rush and was seated right away. Our server was great. We ordered the chicken wanton tacos and pretzel sticks for appetizers. My husband had a burger & fries, I had salmon with mac & cheese. Everything was great, expert the mac & cheese. It had little to no cheese and no flavor. Next time I'll stick with the mashed potatoes.“

“October 13, 2022, my sister and I went to Leatherby's for lunch at 12:10 p.m. We order a Philly cheese steak sandwich, and we waited 20 minutes for it, it was barely warm. It had hardly and meat, green peppers, onions on it! I said to the waiter this Philly cheese steak sandwich was on the Menu said The BEST Seller. It had nothing is on it; he took it back and (they probably spit on it) when came back it STILL hardly had any meat etc. on it! It was the worst Philly Cheese Steak Sandwich!!! Service VERY Poor! Half way through dinner dhe starts vacuuming near our table like that rather gross when were trying to eat. I got the chicken fried steak I was most of the way through and I bit into a piece of plastic bread tie! Glenda mumbled a half hearted apology and took it off the bill but no management came to speak to me and apologize. Not impressed with the service or meal.“

“Visited when in town for a wedding and Franklin Ave became our go-to stop. Their food is delicious. On our last night they were busy and we could only be seated downstairs. We sat at the bar and had appetizers while we watched three incredible bartenders show their talents with all of the mixers, tinctures,etc. Very highly recommend!“

“This restaurant is a gem!! It is nestled in the Avenues of SLC. The restaurant’s atmosphere is so charming- it’s in an old home that was converted to the restaurant. There are lovely windows in the front that you can look out onto the Avenue. There is outdoor seating when the weather is warm. The service is fantastic! Cascade was our server. She is exceptional!! They are able to accommodate food allergies easily. The food is amazing!! It is so flavorful and cooked to perfection! The presentation is beautiful! We had the Pickled Beet Salad, Fish and Chips and Mountain Hamburger. Again, everything was cooked and presented with perfection!! I highly recommend this gem of a restaurant.“

“Was great, everything delicious and fast EXCEPT the initial service. We were waiting at our table for 10 minutes before even getting our drinks, then had to wait another 10 minutes before getting to order our food. An older guy started serving us who I think was actually the bartender was really nice tho and even gave us 2 free mint ice cream cake desserts for free at the end so that made up for it. I don't know why he was helping all the tables around us while there was 2 young workers at the front on their phones and talking to me it looked like we're only helping with greeting and seating people.“

“Unique spot specializing in potato based dishes like garbage fries and baked potatoes. This is a perfect place for anyone gluten free with almost their whole menu, including desserts being able to be made gluten free. Special shoutout to the gluten free fry bread with cinnamon butter.

Also we showed up 20 minutes to their closing time without even realizing and the employees were still so kind and not pressuring us to leave. Wish we were more aware for sure but the service and food deserves 5 stars“

“OMG! This place is AMAZING! If you're a first time visitor, they'll ask for your name, and then even remember you the next time you come in. That, along with their truly delicious food, is just 1 of the many reasons I keep coming back. Each day they serve a different daily special. Their meatball sub and sloppy Joe's are my favorites so far. Their chicken cordon blue is FANTABULOUS as well. But, it's more than just the food that keeps me coming back. Mandy, the owner, is exactly how 1 would expect an owner to be. Her friendliness towards every customer is more than just amazing. “My husband and I had dinner there a few nights ago and the food was fabulous. My pork osso buco was so tender and my husband’s chicken provoleta was equally delicious. We also had the spinach and artichoke dip with artisan flat bread and the multi layer chocolate cake and loved both. My education is in design so I pay close attention to my surroundings. The restaurant is beautifully designed and not overdone and from what I saw every table in the restaurant has a view of the city. The flatware was the perfect weight and designed by the well known British designer Robert Welch and lastly the beautiful linens are manufactured in Italy for a beautiful soft finishing touch. All and all it was a wonderful dinner and the staff was perfect, especially our server Sam she was very professional. When we were leaving we saw one of the chefs and told him how much we loved our dinner. He informed us that they have only been open for a week and a half. We were really surprised. I’ve been to other restaurants that have been open for months and can’t get the food and staff in sync no matter how hard they try. It was a great experience and we will definitely be back and will be bringing friends.“

Stopped here over the weekend since it was a walk away from our hotel. Like the last time we visited, everything was delicious!!

We ordered the Ham and Cheese omelette, The Old Timer, Kids French Toast, and Kids Two pancakes(with eggs and bacon).

Everything was cooked perfectly and tasted great!!! Our waitress was very friendly and we were seated quietly.

Definitely a great place to stop and grab a bite ☺️
