The staff let me come back and pick up the correct sub the next day (my request to pick up next day). “We parked and ordered inside. I waited five minutes or so behind another person before someone came to take orders. There was a stack of cars in the drive through and apparently people picking up orders they made on an app. There were only 4 people working and orders were slow. Our food was good and hot but other people were bringing theirs back saying the Mac n cheese was cold inside or the burgers didn't have the condiments they asked for. In Arbys apparently you put your own condiments on and fill your own drink cups. So how does that work in the drive through.“

I customizing is a little difficult. Dirty Rice and beans together is not on the menu... When ordering, it can be confusing...
This combination is great! But separate and mix.
Getting a grilled chicken breast with brown beans and dirty rice as a meal should be on rhe menu.“
