“Dining here was a mixed bag. First, I expected more fusion. It's not really a fusion restaurant. You can order tex-mex OR you can order Korean but the only real fusion on the menu is two taco choices or one meal.

I went with the tacos. They were fairly bland. Nothing made me overly excited to have ordered them.

Now what I loved was the ambient temperature. I HATE how no matter how hot it is outside I have to carry a jacket with me because it's always freezing cold inside in America. That wasn't the case here. I had my jacket with me but I never needed it. It was a nice comfortable temperature inside.

The restroom was clean.

The interior design is 100% Dia de los Muertos, no Korean fusion in the art but it was still cool.

The bar looked well stocked. I bet it's a fun place to have a drink with friends.

“Taco Bamba was playing some rocking music when we ordered our Tacos on a great fall day. The portions are reasonable and not huge. Flavor instead of large size, with several tasty dressings you choose yourself, after preparation. The quesadillas with carne asada were packed with flavor and quality sear.“

“Open late and everything tasted so fresh and authentic! We were looking for something to eat late on a Sunday night and a friend recommended Picamas since they lived nearby. I ordered the chicken burrito and it was so good. The tortilla was really soft and the chicken was so flavorful and went really well with the rice and veggies in the burrito. The owner was so friendly and they really made an effort to prepare our meal for us. Overall great food and we’ll definitely be coming back!“

“First time there, we went after a doctor's appointment with my daughter and my husband. From the moment we walked in, I loved the vibe of the place, full of empowered women working! They invite us to sit where we want to sit!
Our server was Tatiana, and she took great care of us. We ordered a lot of food, and everything was delicious, truly homemade Mexican, The spicy jalapeno margaritas that Tatiana made for me were wow, they were delicious!the churros, esquites, nachos, tacos everything was delicious!!

“I spent a couple hours here because my flight was delayed. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My Cosmos were perfectly pink. (If they’re clear and red they’re not made correctly) and only $6 during Happy Hour. I’m not a big fan of Mexican food, Cosmos I ordered the Bora Bora marinated chicken without the tortilla over rice. It was delicious! The chicken was so tender and tasty and all the flavors were wonderful. I also enjoyed watching the surfers on TV,. The waves relaxed me instead being stressed out over a delayed flight. Definitely recommend this place for its casual atmosphere and good food. Even if you don’t like Mexican!“

“This was my second time here, and I am even more impressed this time! The service is very friendly and they cook everything to order so it's nice and fresh. The birria queso tacos are some of the best I have ever had (the consume is so good I literally sip on whatever is leftover!) And the lengua...omg the lengua! Tender, bursting with flavor, def some of the best I have ever had! The salsa Roja has good flavor and a nice kick to it (on the level of Diablo Sauce from Taco Bell). I overheard them say business is slow because of the weather, so do yourselves and them a favor and show them some love! “I enjoyed dining at this pupuseria. It was the first time I had been back since it was called the Magic Skillet years ago. Luckily, the restaurant still has all of breakfast menu items from back in the day Plus some classic Latin dishes. My friend ordered the traditional southwest omelet. I ordered a chicken pupusa, a tamal and a taco Al pastor. The pupusa was a 5/5. It was amazing! The tamal and taco were good, 4/5. My friend loved his menu choice. Prices are very fair as well. “My son and I stopped in while we were Christmas shopping and found the food EXCELLENT! My son ordered a combination of lamb and beef swcharma burrito, with Jalapeno hummus, onion, corn. lettuce, and mango salsa. The buritto was large enough for my son and I to share and the french fries were perfect.
The fries were hot with the perfect amount of salt and the Schwarma sauce was perfect for both the burrito and dipping the fries in. We will definately return if not to the Springfield Mall location (where we ate) we'll go to the location in Potomac Mills Mall. Again EXCELLANT and at a reasonble price.“

“Last night was my husband’s and my first time dining here, and it truly left an impression. One of the first things we loved was the restaurant’s commitment to giving back to the community. As soon as you walk in, there’s a sign explaining how meals are donated to local women’s shelters and how guests and staff can pay it forward by purchasing meals for those in need. Anyone facing a tough time can simply take a ticket from the wall for a prepaid meal such a thoughtful and meaningful concept.

Our server was absolutely phenomenal (I wish I remembered her name! -- She had long red wavy hair). She took the time to walk us through the menu, shared her personal favorites, and recommended several must-try tacos. Let me just say… she did not miss!

Every single bite was bursting with flavor. We tried the birria, Havana, Rus & Gus, and Peruvian chicken tacos, along with the street corn salad and veggies on the side and everything was incredible. From the food to the service to the heart behind the restaurant, this place checks all the boxes.

“We went there for brunch on valentines day , it was easy to find and parking wasn’t bad. We sat inside since it was a little cold outside . Our orders came about 10 minutes after we ordered, so did my wife’s drink, she had a pink cocktail ( vence el amor ) it tasted good, I had a tamarind soda. When it comes to the food it tasted very good and homemade. My wife had enfrijoladas con chorizo and I had plantains with Arrachera mixta pollo y carne. It tasted great and both were really filling. I was surprised at the way they cut the plantains, it was unique and very good too. My plate came with some beans and tortillas , i had a hard time finishing the whole thing ! It was a lot !!!! We also took a tres leche to go. It was delicious! Overall we enjoyed our food, we would recommend them to have more artwork on the walls or drawings because the white paint is highlighting the fingerprints and stains .“

Decide to try the new Chk Nuggets. They aren’t bad! I select over any McD, BK, or Wendy’s Nuggets forreal. They remind me a bit of WingStop’s BoneLess Wings.
