“Stopped by here several times, staff are very nice and friendly. I love how they greet customers “Good morning!” that I don’t see much here in NOVA. I gave them 4 stars because the A/C has been out for two weeks now but the issue is not fixed yet.“
“I like this Starbucks because compared to many other coffee shops near the metro, it’s way less crowded and closes fairly late (around 7:30), so it’s nice for coming in for a few hours to get some work done. Also they make drinks super fast. I think some college or high school kids work here, they are all nice.“

“The best neighborhood spot for a coffee! I’m here weekly (ok, maybe daily) and there is always a “hello” and “have a Great day!” The staff was always so friendly and in today’s age, they do not need to be. No matter if they are busy or slow, it is always incredibly clean, the staff are lovely, and the drinks are always made fast & right! Kudos to the team at this location! Starbucks, please take note!“

The staff members I interacted with were fantastic. They were very knowledgeable about the menu and current promotions, and they consistently checked in to ensure I had everything I needed. Their attentiveness truly enhanced my visit.

“I love the (fairly) new drive-thru Starbucks on Lee Highway. I always order via the app and pick up in the drive-thru. The employees are fabulous - friendly, attentive and helpful. I have rarely had any mistakes on my order, but the few times I have the employee quickly and cheerfully apologized and corrected the order.The most impressive thing about this very busy location is how the inconveniently laid out parking lot is striped in lanes - one for drive-thru customers and one that passes alongside it so customers who need to park can still easily enter and exit one of the two parking areas. It all runs very smoothly provided the cars in line don't block the parking areas, which most people are conscientious about avoiding.“

“Their sweet cream cold brew is one of my favorites. Aside from their regular vanilla capuchino, this cold brew has become my second go-to whenever I order coffee early in the morning. When I came here today, it wasn't so early, but still I completed my ritual none-the-less. I thought about also getting a bitter croissant, but decided just to wait to eat something until later. Most everyone here was waiting for their pick-up order, and they did a good job to move things along. I barely waited five minutes. The only tough thing about this cafe is their lack of parking, and I always have to park illegally temporarily.“

“My first time at this Starbucks location. My first impression when I walked in was the Baristas are focused on their work. I noticed right away the teamwork consistently in play behind the counter.
The Barista who took my order was soft-spoken and attentive. Before I was done paying for my coffee another Barista had completed my order. Very nice when in a hurry. I stayed in the shop for 30 minutes and noticed the level of professionalism and team-focus each Barista demonstrated.
Unfortunately, this location is 1 hour from my home area, otherwise, I would make this one of my preferred stops when going to Starbucks. Highly recommend this location.

“The coffee tasted like dirt, but the service was amazing. I was escorted in. When I was done, they escorted me to my own small room with iron bars for windows. I had no idea how long I was there, but when I got out they were chasing me with paintball guns with real live kill people bullets. Nowhere else is the service this outstanding!“
“We were in town for a funeral and this Starbucks was right next to our hotel . For three days, every morning we stopped in for coffee. M husband and I travel a lot and drink lots of coffee haha. This has got to be one of the most efficient and most welcoming Starbucks we have ever been in. They are kind and have wonderful smiles .... even when it was busy . Top Notch Employees right here !!“
“Had coffee here everyday during the stay at the hotel, they make great coffees, and people work there are extremely nice! The reason I say that because today after I checked out the hotel, I sat at the corner reading on my iPad for hours while waiting for my husband to go get our rental car. I did not know this Starbucks closes at 1pm on Saturdays, and people worked there were so nice they never came to bother me even I was the one there to bring inconvenience to them to close their shop on time. “Shout out to Ebony! This morning, I witnessed her maintaining her cool with a super awful customer (which is very hard to do oftentimes in customer service jobs - I speak from years of experience). This customer asked for a box of coffee; Ebony said it would take about 10 minutes to brew that particular type. The man told her he had to get to work and told her to "do her best." Ebony (very kindly) suggested he go to the Starbucks across the street to see if they had some already made. This man was extremely rude to her and demanded a refund. Despite all of this, Ebony and her coworker very swiftly and kindly continued to serve customers. Dealing with a nonstop line of customers while making things to order is so stressful, and I've always enjoyed my interactions with the staff at this location. I highly recommend it.“
“Decent Starbucks location. The lady running the register was absolutely overloaded with tasks she could only partially pay attention while we were ordering which made it a little annoying. Otherwise our order was ready quickly and accurately.“

“Just got a coffee and some merchandise at the Starbucks in Terminal A at Reagan Airport DCA. I just wanted to compliment the crew working there this morning. The lines were long and they really worked it. Processing food and drink very quickly. Many times in the morning I don't bother waiting because of time.... Great Job... My receipt said Terminal D but we were near A38.“
“Here to say I had a GREAT experience with Heng. It’s a very busy Starbucks and a very small space to work. He noticed myself and another woman waiting - we didn’t even say anything - and sprung into action and was lovely!!! Noticed a lot of customers were the rude ones honestly. “I’ve been going to this Starbucks since August when I moved to this area. I haven’t had any issues, but their cold brew machine has been broken for about 3 weeks now and I feel like Starbucks should be able to fix the problem much quicker than this. Half their drinks on the menu are cold brew drinks. I continue to go in the morning though because Takeisha is so kind and helpful!!“
“Kindness is needed more now than ever. Angel who works at Starbucks in Terminal D at DCA Airport is a complete breath of fresh air. Every single time I see her she is so kind, outgoing and treats EVERYONE so well, including people who are not very nice. She also makes an amazing Oatmilk Latte. ? ?? “Average normal Starbucks you ask and get what you want. Starbucks is pretty good at making sure they are consistent at all locations except if they’re running from a third-party like say an airport and the experience drops from 54 stars to -10.“
