“Hello, I just went through the drive-through to get sweet tea for my wife and two-year-old son. As I pulled into the parking lot, the woman at the podium handing out receipts gave me a dirty look, possibly because of my loud exhaust. I proceeded to the line to order my beverage, and while I waited, she handed receipts to the two cars in front of me but stared at me and my car with the same look. She didn’t offer me a receipt, which my wife needs to scan for points on an app that helps us financially. I had to ask for one when I got to the window to pick up my drink. I noticed this number on the receipt, which belongs to the operator, Jason Umberger. I believe the employee may need some coaching on maintaining professionalism and not letting personal judgments affect her behavior at work. As a manager for a company in Virginia that sponsors VCU, the Flying Squirrels, and many others, I understand the importance of professional conduct in the workplace. This was 8/22/23 @ 6:19PM.“

I placed a large order just 30 minutes before closing—four chicken sandwiches, a 20-piece chicken tender meal, and their amazing honey biscuits—and everything was fresh, hot, and made to order. That kind of care and quality, especially so close to closing time, really impressed me. The food? Top-tier. “We LOVE THIS PLACE! But we we'd rather not come to the city. We come here once or twice a month. If they'd put on in Mechanicsville we'd get it even more. (If we could get near the place! Haha) best fried chicken in the Richmond area. I even use them for work lunch training classes.

Also as for the staff, this is the only place I know that can move the number of people in and out as cood as Chick Fil A! The staff here is amazingly efficient and friendly.“

“Very tasty food. The red hot sauce and the green sauce are so delicious. But honestly... the chicken is great without any extra sauce.
This was the best latin food we've had since moving to the East Coast .

We order our favorite flavor Honey Garlic Crispy and crunchy as always and this time we got the Dumplings and Rose’ Ddeok-Bokki. Both were AMAZING! We order way more than last time and had plenty left for lunch the next day. The lady was so sweet and they are always very kind. Cant wait to go again.“

“We came here all the way from Fredericksburg, VA to try out this place and it did not disappoint. The service was speedy and it’s a friendly environment and it’s decorated for fall. We will definitely come back for more.“

“Menu choice was consistent as in past visits, however this visit was a bit disappointing overall. Slipping and falling while turning the corner to the restrooms was not how I expected to end the visit. While attempting to get up, noticed entirely too much water left on the floor (same as in restroom), and NO "wet floor" signage placed. I alerted a staff member of what happened and that signage needs to be up. Staff needs to ensure to NOT leave excessive water when mopping and throw up signs.“

“Went through the Drv thru line after 5pm . The line wasn't bad. I placed my order for the #1 Chicken sandwich combo plus a brownie. The line moved well until I got to the window. Several times I was asked my name and people behind me got their orders. Finally a new server asked what I ordered and at first he wasn't sure of my name. Then he brought me a bag for BRAD. Correct order but my name is LARRY. I expect better from Chick-fil-A, the food was good when I finally got it.“
