“Flawless blend of Korean pallet in an American package, newly renovated building, and super attentive staff that culminate in a restaurant that absolutely nails the middle ground between boujie Korean "Hansik" and home town favorite.
Would have posted photos if I wasnt in such a hurry to grub down but, unfortunately, you'll just have to take my word that the poke and bao buns are both clean plate club champs.

“My wife and I love Indian food. We go to a place, try it, and decide whether to come back. Well, we have a new favorite.
Lunch last week at TriState was sublime. We had a biryani, and I still cannot quite find the words to describe the rice. It was tender and a tiny bit chewy, in a great way. It was steamy but light and fluffy. The meat was perfect and mixed through the dish. So, yes, we will return. I have my eye on daal makhani, that spicy buttery bean and lentils dish. Can't wait to try their version. Our friend had peppery chicken--so good! Suggest you go with friends and share so you can try more stuff at the table.“

“This is a true gem located in historic Herndon. The food was fantastic, the ambience lovely and serene, the prices very reasonable. The owners (aka host/server/chef/sommelier) are seasoned, humble, and extremely talented. These folks owned the Russia House and decided to try their hand at French Fare. We'll be back soon. “Came in for lunch and had their birria tacos, a chicken Caesar wrap, and a strawberry lemonade. Food and service were both great plus the prices were reasonable. I would definitely consider coming back to try some of the other offerings on their menu.“

“Good food and drinks. Loved my fajitas! Service was slow as the manager ended up taking our order and we waited 30 mins for food to the table. Waiter did check on us numerous times after that. It's very loud here too. Tough to have a conversation over tvs and too many children playing seemingly unsupervised.“

“We were completely and pleasantly surprised at the quality of the food. They were a bit understaffed but that seems to be a challenge many restaurants are experiencing. Our server was attentive and friendly. The salmon was delicious, the Wagyu burger as well. The wings were flavorful but not overwhelmingly hot. But the highlight were the French fries. Probably the best we’ve had.“
“Had the pleasure of Touring KO Distillery. As a bourbon drinker- this experience was fantastic! The gentleman leading us through told us all about the chemistry, how a batch begins all the way to the bottling process. To add an extra star, the drinks are phenomenal ($5 old fashion fridays happen to be my favorite) and the staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable on each selection & they serve pretzels! 5/5 stars, very great experience I cannot wait to return!“
