“Overall, the food was impressive for a pick up order. Between the green curry, shrimp pad thai, and chicken satay, each dish was incredibly flavorful and well done. The pad thai was a highlight for sure with the noodle texture being perfect and savory profile balancing each component well.

My critiques are that the pick up order took 50 minutes to complete. I am not surprised given how once I arrived (peak dinner time on a Saturday) the restaurant was PACKED. In terms of the food preparation, I was slightly disappointed that the green curry only had 3 pieces of eggplant and the pad thai had 5 shrimps despite being $4 extra.

I would be curious to try the dine in experience when it’s not so busy. All the dishes on their menu sound amazing to try and when I walked in their bar was non stop making drinks which looked like a good sign.“

“As a South Indian, I’m pretty picky about biryani, and this is hands down the best Mughlai biryani I’ve had in the United States. The flavors were rich, perfectly balanced, and you don't get sick after few bites. Great ambiance, amazing food. I’ll definitely be coming back.“

The owner, Steve, is so personable and you can tell he genuinely cares about his business. He made an effort to talk to us (even our 4-year-old), which was really sweet and made the whole experience feel more personal. The fried fish melts in your mouth and the truffle fries are addicting. My family and I left so impressed. The food was incredible, and Steve’s kindness just made it even better. He even shared how to make one of their sauces at home, which was such a nice gesture. So again, thank you Steve and staff for an amazing dinner & becoming our go-to seafood spot. “Incredible food, outstanding service, and exceptional customer care.

My family and I came here a few months ago to celebrate my husband's birthday. Before our reservation, I reached out through the restaurant's website because I have multiple severe food allergies. To my surprise, the head chef personally called me to discuss the menu. He patiently answered all of my questions, carefully documented my allergies, and assured me he could prepare my meal safely since everything is made from scratch.

He never once made me feel like I was inconveniencing the staff. That meant so much to me because dining out with severe food allergies is often stressful, and it's easy to feel like a burden. His kindness and willingness to accommodate me made all the difference.

The Simon prepared my meal safely, and it was absolutely delicious. Everyone else in our group thoroughly enjoyed their meals as well. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with live jazz music that made the evening even more special.

We had a wonderful experience from start to finish, and I would absolutely come back. Thank you for making my husband's birthday such a memorable night!“

“I had the pleasure of dining at open road last night.

It was my cousins birthday and we were looking for a tasty bite and decided to give them a chance. When you walk in you’re greeted warmly into a very well designed restaurant. We sat at the bar and were greeted right away( and it was pretty busy). Got menus and water as we sat down. We ordered some appetizers ( wings and calamari) and couple of drinks. Main course was burger and ribs. Food was 10/10 but that’s not what won us over - The bartender Adriana was AMAZING. She made the whole experience of visiting open road last night memorable. She came and checked on us multiple times at the exact time that you’d want your server to check on you, asked all the right questions and was just awesome. Whoever trained her did an amazing job and she’s a rockstar at her job ( we were even trying to keep it on the low that we are celebrating a birthday and she made a drink with a candle)

“We were completely and pleasantly surprised at the quality of the food. They were a bit understaffed but that seems to be a challenge many restaurants are experiencing. Our server was attentive and friendly. The salmon was delicious, the Wagyu burger as well. The wings were flavorful but not overwhelmingly hot. But the highlight were the French fries.
