Portion sizes are generous, particularly for lunch specials, and complimentary side dishes such as kimchi and miso soup are appreciated. The extended operating hours offer a convenient dining option, especially when other establishments are closed. \n\nSome good dishes, and we recommend:\n1. The Agedashi tofu, with its delightful combination of textures and well-balanced sauce, is especially noteworthy. \n2. The hot plate of chicken and beef is flavorful and satisfying, complemented by well-prepared fried rice.“

“Very fresh sushi and reasonable price. Can’t find any other place like this in the area. Very satisfying! I recommend sashimi salad bowl with spicy sauce (serves with). It’s Korean style poke bowl! Also miso soup comes with it. If you need more, it’s only $0.50. So good!“

“More like 3.5 stars. The prices are great (by today’s standards) for the portion size. Wait times are incredibly short. And I was surprised by how much protein (shrimp) they gave me in my Bento box. But the food isn’t very flavorful and it’s quite greasy. Also, there weren’t very many vegetables included, and I didn’t get much sauce in my box. I’m not too upset about the taste because of the price, so I guess you get what you pay for.“

“This feels exactly what I want a sushi place to feel like. It is clean with a nice modern feel and the service is professional but kind. The food came out fast and all of the sushi was delicious, my favorite being the maguro nigiri. I do wish the rice to fish ratio was a bit higher, but I will happily come back despite that minor difference in opinion.“

“I had a very large order for a birthday celebration, thus a to-go order. One of the families had just returned from living in Japan for several years. The quality and creative selections were so good that they were even impressed. I ordered just a little more than I needed, but the sushi boats were much generous than expected, so we had very nice leftovers to enjoy. Everything was packed and carefully, and the platters were beautifully arranged; it almost felt bad to eat them and ruin the artwork. We will definitely be back!“

“I have eaten here dozens of times including my birthday this year. The food and service have consistently been incredible! My family loves the atmosphere and friendly staff, and even my kiddos ask to stop by for shrimp pops. Definitely recommend Ariake!“

“I'd been craving takoyaki for days, and suddenly decided to drive over late at night. Surprisingly, even though it was close to closing time, they still served me. The waitress, Emily, recommended some dishes, and we ordered them right away. She wasn't just beautiful and kind-hearted, she was practically a buddy! Apparently, she's only there on Fridays and weekends. There were only her and one other guy working at the front; everyone else was chatting. Everything was great, and she even recommended two drinks – such good value! She was so friendly and welcoming. Overall, it was a worthwhile trip, and I'll definitely come back!“

“We love coming here, great ambiance and people. David the manager was very accommodating and our chef - Ryan - did an amazing job tonight. We love that they give noodles and fried rice! Also you MUST try the Tokyo Shrimp here it is FANTASTIC!! The filet mignon melts in your mouth love the salmon lobster and scallops too. Their ginger sauce, yum yum sauce, AND salad dressing are all on point. It’s hard to find a place that does everything as well as Samurai. We drive from Ashburn just to come here for hibachi.“

“We ordered teriyaki chicken with rice and spring rolls from the restaurant, I must say that they tasted good. They were on sale too. It came with a sauce, but I ordered extra white sauce, they were tasty too. The were mildly spicy, unlike some other Asian food.“

“Bento House is one of our favorite fast casual neighborhood restaurants. Tasty food, easy parking, and great service every time we visit. Luis took great care of us tonight! We’ve frequented both the Reston and Chantilly locations for years.“

“All you can eat sushi at about $26 p/p. Add $6 for sashimi options. Good sushi, fresh and not a ton of rice to fill you up. As all-you-can-eat goes, this place is a keeper. Usually order a set amount from any sushi restaurant, so that's what I ordered... That's all I can eat! Check was about 15% less than a regular sushi place with comparable quality.“

“BEST KATSU my husband and I have had in the DMV area so far 😊!! We’re a little bit of a Katsu connoisseur since it’s one of our favorite food and this place ATE DOWNNN!! Food came so fast and the gentleman that was serving us this Wednesday evening was so polite and tentative although it was a full house, will definitely be back :)“
