Hardly a place where anyone would look for a bakery. it was hard for me to find it and I was shocked where the GPS is taking me is only automotive shops.But we know how badly Afghans and Afghanistan has been wronged for decades by different invaders.I love Afghanistan and its people for anything inflicted upon them.The owner of the bakery serves with most friendly and kind ways while missing a limb, right arm. “This cake was DELICIOUS!!! My friend purchased a Randy Cake for my twins 1st Birthday. Hands down the best tasting cake I have ever had. The picture doesn’t do it justice. It was lemon cake with almond buttercream. It looked amazing and was scrumptious to eat. In addition, she made gluten free carrot cake cupcakes that were equally tasty. Everyone was able to enjoy a treat. I will be purchasing more in the future. ❤️❤️❤️“

“I walked in as they were getting products ready for delivery. I got a latte, chocolate biscotti, and regular biscotti. There was no one at the counter, and no other customer when I came in but I was given prompt, friendly service, and will absolutely be back. Not a good date/ meet up place - no tables or chairs.

Latte - excellent, didn't taste burnt (unlike that very pretty cafe on the other side of 50...), exactly what a latte should be like.

regular biscotti - snaps, plenty of almond. delicious

Chocolate biscotti - HAS HAZELNUT! again, it's the right consistency, plenty of chocolate flavor.

“Cosmo One is hands down one of the best spots in the DMV for beef shawarma, absolutely unmatched! I drove over 30 miles just to try it and it was well worth the trip. The chicken kabobs and fresh salad were excellent, and the pistachio shawarma was a unique highlight that did not disappoint. I just wish it was closer to home, I’d be there every other day. “Oh my gosh! I love this place! We were visiting from Texas and this was our everyday morning stop (and it may or may not have been an evening snack or two also ). All the different pastries were awesome (my son had a mango cream bun every time). You HAVE to try the Tiramisu latte. Oh! Oh! And the Black Forest Cake was the friggin bomb! More than how great the food was, the ownership and staff were spectacular! We felt like we were popping in and seeing old friends. “This place is absolutely phenomenal. It’s a great place to go and meet people let alone buy some fine pastries and sit down and have a conversation with somebody that you don’t even know. I come here quite often. Just sit down and relax and enjoy a cup of coffee or a Boba tea. I need a fine pastry. I end up leaving with 50+ dollars or more in pastries either for my family or friends and family at work each and every time I come in this place it’s absolutely amazing. The service is beyond the people that come to this place are awesome. I’ve never ever in the last few years that I’ve been going to this place had a bad experience every each, and every time that I come into this place is amazing.“
