Rhianna noticed, apologized, and had the manager come speak with us. Both were apologetic and asked if we wanted a new meal. It was late, we were done, so he comped the meal. Realistically, we would have rather had the burgers cooked correctly, but mistakes happened. They owned up to it and made it right. Thank you both! The service recovery was amazing!“

“I am writing to address an issue I had with a recent order at the Portsmouth location in Chesapeake Square Mall. The problem I encountered with a recent order for the Chicken and Shrimp Chipotle Pasta for myself and my sister. When we opened the order at home, we found that the dish only contained chicken and no shrimp. I called the store, and the manager instructed me to return the order for a replacement, which I did. However, upon receiving the remake, we found that it was only half the portion size of the original meal—essentially, the chef appeared to have split one full dish into two smaller portions, rather than properly preparing two separate orders. As a loyal customer, I have never experienced service like this before, and the entire situation was very frustrating. Not only did I have to return to the store twice, but the second attempt still did not resolve the issue. I called the store again, and at that point, the manager, Brooke, asked if I had taken pictures of the order. I did, and I am happy to share those images with you as an attachment. The total cost of the meal was $40.28, and I feel that the value and quality of the service did not meet my expectations. I am hoping for a prompt resolution to this matter. Thank you for your attention to this issue. I look forward to your response.“

“I just had a fabulous omelet from IHOP. I tried the white egg omelet with mushrooms, tomato, spinach, and pesto. It came with a fresh fruit cup. I have to say it was one of the best omelets I have ever eaten. The ingredients were really fresh and the tomatoes were so sweet. The fruit cup was freshly cut fruit consisting of grapes, pineapple, and honey dew melon. The waitress said she actually cut the pineapple herself. Our waitress, Sabrina, did an excellent job caring for us. Everyone posts the complaints. I hope the restaurant sees this and continues taking great pride in their restaurant.“

“Wings are on point. Big, crispy ( we got ours well done), flavorful and not dry. Sauces were good with some great choices. Awesome homemade fries. Waitress was a little slow but it was lunch time and it looked like she was by herself. I give her props though. She did a great job but she was bizzzzeee. I’d definitely go again but make sure you have time. Call first but I think they do 50 cent wings on Wednesday. Great job. Go! You won’t be disappointed!“

“Longshots is real laid-back and chill. Their servers and bartenders are very friendly; and genuinely helpful when addressing any issues. FYI: they wouldn't allow me to bring in my over the shoulder bag the last time, but the time before that, I recall both of my friends bringing in their purses. There are two sections with separate bars, the larger section with more tables is past the third set of doors. The ladies room is well maintained (I can't speak for the men's room).
The decor probably hasn't been updated for quite sometime, but idk who actually cares about that.
I've only had their French fries and calamari and they were properly prepared, no wow-factor, but satisfying nonetheless. The calamari was not salty, so that's a plus for me because a lot of places serve very salty calamari ?
Smoking is allowed, I think the front section through the second doors is the nonsmoking area. There is a digital jukebox, not a super wide variety, but wide enough for the locale I guess.

They do have cue and hand chalk readily available throughout the establishment.
The cue storage could use some improvement and the condition of some of the cue sticks need attention, but most of their cues are workable. I didn't notice any table brushes, but I did notice some of their tables do need some maintenance on the felt, there is lifting in some areas.“
