“Super friendly and personable service. My children talked an employees head off and they were so pleasant and patient with them. The manager was also very friendly. The restaurant was clean, including the bathroom. My food was made to order and hot.“

“I have a 5-year-old autistic son who's picky about his hash browns and fries every time I order online for them to be delivered and I call him and let him know they always make sure that it's fresh to the order when the dasher gets there so my son's always happy The only McDonald's store willing to do this they are amazing and they make my son's day and night sometimes it's been 11 months since I made this post and they're still doing amazing job ensuring My autistic kids still get fresh food to the order they're amazing“

“I don’t know how else to thank the crew that was on shift today. My order was messed up due to a technical glitch. When I realized it was taking a while I went to the counter and they were kind and professional and got me my order right away. Great experience!“

“My family and I frequently come here to play. I love that the play place has its own area with tables and a door to close it off so kids can’t run out. The staff is also really friendly! The tables and chairs in the play area have always been clean, so has the bathroom in there.
I don’t particularly care for McDonalds food, but my kids do and they love this particular establishments play place. Always other kids to play with as well. Great rainy day spot, and you can actually kinda relax hahaha!“

“Whoever bagged my food on 4.28 25 at 1115am really actually did it with some sense which is rare for McDonald's. I got 2 5 dollar bags in the same bag and it was all neat and orderly with he napkins in the right spot and no fries tipped over. It was so organized. They actually did it with care. They deserve a raise.“

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming — they treated us very well and made us feel comfortable throughout our visit. The food was also really good: fresh, hot, and served quickly. “Shout out to the two workers handling the drive thru tonight (50 cent burger day). I’m sure they had a busy, tiring day, with lots of rude customers and stress. If they did, they did not let it affect their customer service. They greeted us with a smile and handed us our food with the same. I had a little hiccup with ordering in my app, and I’m sure my explanation through the drive thru speaker was stressful and confusing. The girl on the other end asked us to come to the first window. My app issue thankfully resolved while waiting in line, and when we pulled up, she didn’t look upset, although I’m sure she was not looking forward to dealing with this situation. She happily and quickly grabbed my burger and she actually remembered I had mentioned in the middle of my rambling I wanted ketchup only! If I were her, I would have admittedly had an attitude and would definitely not have remembered that detail. I went back later to get my husband fries and the same girls were there, 3 hours later, still smiling and making me feel like a valued customer. So many drive thru employees don’t even make eye contact with me, or say much. Your simple kindness did not go unnoticed and is what the world needs now. Great job and thank you!“

“Breakfast at this location was good. Hotcakes were hot, milkshake was good. My bacon bagel sandwich was ok. It was barely toasted and was as if it came out of the bag cold and chewy. Our food was brought to the table but where is customer service anymore. No greeting. No smiles. Order at the kiosk and help yourself. Had to wait to ask for ketchup.
I'm disappointed in the company but this location is a little better than the last 2 I have taken my grandson to. Come on. Let's see better service“
