“This is a new store, very clean with kind and helpful staff. They are very quick with your orders. I haven't had any issues with their service and always get my orders correct. They offer the ability to order ahead and pick up which is great when you're in a hurry. If you plan to dine in, they have limited seating, but typically isn't an issue.“

“I used to really love this place and go almost every week day but now I kind of go there maybe once a week and only because it's conveniently located but the convenience factor has taken a nose dive because of one recent development: When I pay $5 or $6 for a specialty iced coffee is it too much to ask that it comes with a lid that won't leak? It drips all over my hands all the way to my office and I have to change cups when I get there. If ya get a shipment of faulty lids why not just send them back? I'd rather have no lid at all than the illusion of a lid.“

The manager who was working in the lobby saw what was going on and gave my friend and his new bride a lovely wedding gift with some coffee and a mug! “The perfect spot to celebrate a special occasion! We made a reservation on a Thursday to celebrate my boyfriend's birthday. I have an (admittedly very annoying) food restriction that makes eating out difficult. I reached out to the staff prior to our reservation and told them about the restriction and they were able to make the dishes that I wanted without the allergen. Our service was incredible, our waitress was very attentive. I would come back just for the after-dinner coffee! Thanks Sidecar staff for making my boyfriend's birthday dinner so special.“

“I visited this Starbucks on Hershberger Road for the first time. I had just been shopping at BJ's Wholesale Club, and it was so hot outside that I figured an iced coffee drink was in order. I enjoyed my drink and the air conditioning! The staff was friendly and helpful, and the shop was clean and comfortable. I'll definitely be back!“

“Let me start by saying I do work fairly close to this location therefore I guess you could consider me a ‘regular’ when I am in office. The staff is always pleasant and when things have been wrong in the past there have been no issues with getting them switched out and or fixed. Additionally, this location offers mini samples of both food and drinks for customers to try — sometimes & no this is not upon request. The team works together effectively to ensure that the job is done when I have been in the store — both packed & as the only customer in there. They have a wide selection of merchandise available for purchase and most of the time things are on sale as well. Although this is not a corporate store and does not always offer the same menu items as others they still have a good variety of options available.
Before bashing the location and or workers
— ask to speak with a manager perhaps they are easy to talk to and as previously stated I have had no issues with my interactions with them.“

“The staff are always so friendly. The ice cream was delicious. Their homemade desserts looked so good we had to order some to enjoy at home the following day. They also have Dubai chocolate which was absolutely dreamy. We love stopping by this corner ice cream shop.“

“Parking: Nice ladies friendlySesame bagel was really good it’s content sesame and that’s some thing you don’t find in a lot of locations between Texas and upstate New York and Texas. Actually the bagels if it’s sesame plain or everything bagel they all smell everything bagel give me a bagel if it’s available somewhere it doesn’t contain any sesame it’s like spread from far away little sassy Monette, this one in this location back inside they are really doing a great job. I really appreciate and recommend and thankful for stopping here. An experience the good great customer service. Thank you so much. Keep the great work.??????“

“The new chicken stripe were not the best. Leave the chicken strips to Zaxby's and Raising Canes.
This staff has one of the best customer service attitudes probably in the whole country.
They were staffed correctly and all had a good attitude. Great job to the Sunday afternoon crew on May 18th“
