“We stumbled across the lantern house today in a neighborhood that we didn’t even know existed. Boy was it a treat! The decor is stylish, feminine, and very inviting. The bartender was excellent, filled with recommendations. They had so many fancy cocktails in the menu was divine. We really enjoyed our brunch and can’t wait to return!“

“I ordered for pickup so I was only able to experience in atmosphere for a short period. The dan dan noodles is one of the best that I have had in the US. The only other one that I had that was better was when I lived in China. I wish they had a location back in Boston.
If you are wondering if you should give this place a try, it is a 1000% yes!“

“I’ve been coming here for years, it’s my favorite pho spot out of everyone in the area i’ve tried. Out of the many years coming to this location i have never once had a single issue with the food or staff. The broth is amazing and so flavorful always quiet not packed. And the staff is amazing i love coming here when i want a quick delicious bowl and will be continuing to come here for the foreseeable future. Anyone reading this I advise your give the spot a try.“

“We’re always looking for good Chinese food in the area, and happy to have stumbled upon this one. My husband and I ordered crispy beef, duck wraps, house lo mein and general tso’s chicken. The owner said we ordered too much lol
Crispy beef was very unique. Tasted good, it was fried in thick strips as opposed to the thin strips you usually see, and stayed crunchy throughout.
General Tso’s chicken was good too; large juicy chunks of meat with a good sauce.
Lo mein was great - our 3 year old ate half of the dish himself. The house lo mein was good because it had beef, chicken and shrimp all mixed together.
The only miss for us were the duck wraps. While the pancakes and hoisin sauce tasted good, the duck was way too gamey for our taste and we didn’t love the vegetables that came with it. The owner noticed we didn’t eat it and she recommended that next time we try the Cantonese style roast duck; less gamey and taste better.
We also got a pina colada smoothie which was fabulous!!
True to their restaurant name, they played opera music in the background and had an ongoing video of classical dances on the wall.
The owner was so attentive to our son, gave him crayons to draw with, and kept our water/ tea filled at all times.
Unfortunately we were the only people in the restaurant for dinner that night, I hope more people come try their food! We’ll definitely be back to try more things!“

“Went for the first time with me and my mom. We loved it here the moment we walked in. We ordered the shrimp deluxe bento box and the steak deluxe bento box. It was so amazing and the steak practically melting in your mouth. The staff was really nice and this place was a nice place to eat at, definitely coming back in the future when we’re in the area“

“The staff here is extremely polite and helpful. I was greeted by Labrell who is extremely nice and helpful. He helped me and another couple get set up with the wonder app and gave recommendations on which foods to try. I highly recommend the wonder Reston location and if you get a chance to meet Labrell he will put a smile on your face and brighten your day!!“

“Sushi On has been my family’s favorite restaurant for about 20 years! The owner, manager, and everyone who works here are always so friendly, kind, and welcoming. We have enjoyed countless delicious meals here and made so many wonderful memories over the years. It truly feels like a special place for our family. “I dont get why they have 4.2 I am asian, i am fussy about asian food and chaus is such a great place to get that asian flavor ur craving. I always order the taiwanese chicken here and the hot and sour soup. Never failed me. The atmosphere in the restaurant may need improvement but end of the day the flavors carry that over. Try them out. Highly recommend!“

“Amazing food and service!
The beef bulgogi is incredibly savory and tender, and the takoyaki is the perfect crispy bite to start with. But the real star of the show is the spicy Lab No. 1 sushi, it’s my absolute favorite roll and delivers the perfect amount of heat. Huge thanks to our server, Mika, who was incredibly nice and made sure we had everything we needed. 10/10!“

“I’m willing to bet that 5T Ice is one of those local gems that you might not be checking out enough. Don’t let the name fool you - this is place is FAR more than frozen yogurt, delicious bubble teas and coffees. I’ve been during the week and ALWAYS have to get the house special Banh Mi, but on weekends it’s basically like Christmas for your mouth. They have all of these homemade Vietnamese specialties and if you can’t decide, I strongly recommend the scorched-earth approach I used and just get everything you carry out of there.“
