I had an incredible time at 54 Restaurant and Lounge! The atmosphere is perfect for a night out, but what really made the experience stand out was the service.

A huge shoutout and kudos to Cindy, our bartender. She has such an incredibly uplifting personality and brings the best energy to the room. Her vibes are infectious, and she makes sure everyone feels welcome and taken care of while crafting amazing drinks.

If you're looking for a spot with great food, drinks, and a high-energy, positive atmosphere, this is it. Make sure to stop by the bar and see Cindy!“

“Etihad lounge is conveniently located at the start of terminal A. Although there was a wait to get in , the staff did a great job of efficiently handling the crowd while explaining how the lounge works . The lounge is super clean and the staff is very attentive. I also really enjoyed they have some local items to the region at the bar . The food was so good, I love the rotating menu based on the season“

“Our server Jayden was absolutely amazing as well as Oscar. He was very friendly, personable and knowledgeable. All his recommendations were spot on and delicious 😋. “Exceptional Service. Culinary Excellence. Our dining experience at JOON was extraordinary, made even better by the exceptional service from our server, Yacine. His thoughtful recommendations, warm demeanor, and perfectly timed attentiveness made for an unforgettable evening. Even as the restaurant got busier, Yacine maintained his focus on us— a warm and welcoming touch that elevated the entire experience. Thank you! As fans of Persian cuisine and frequent shoppers at Yekta Market in Rockville— having recently tried our hand at making Persian dishes like Fesenjan at home— coupled with all of the culinary accolades— we had high expectations for JOON. It not only met but exceeded them. Mast-o Musir, yogurt dish with Persian dried shallot and rose petal, was exceptional— more elevated and nuanced than any we’ve had. The mushroom Khoresht stew with white truffle was another highlight, offering perfectly balanced flavors something hard to do with white truffles and a satisfying richness, complemented by the perfectly crunchy Tahdig, iconic golden rice crust. The braised lamb shoulder which Yacine suggested was the undeniable highlight of the meal I which each dish was excellent. Tender and flavorful, it was paired beautifully with texture. It’s a signature dish that rivals the best we’ve ever had, bringing to mind the legendary Bo Ssam pork shoulder from David Chang’s Momofuku— bold, unforgettable, and expertly prepared. The Gormeh Sabzi, short rib stew with its delicious sour depth, was excellent but couldn’t quite match the lamb’s showstopping brilliance. Two very minor points. While the food and service are exceptional, the main dining room lighting would benefit from dimming. A water filtration water system could make a big difference as well. JOON has firmly secured its place as a must-visit dining destination for us. We can’t wait to return and explore more of the menu.“

“Breakers Sky Lounge is a great spot if you’re looking for a fun night out without the chaos. There’s plenty of pool tables, so you’re not stuck waiting forever, and the vibe is laid-back but still lively. The karaoke setup is a big highlight, the sound system is really good, and it actually feels like a stage, not an afterthought.
The food surprised me in a good way, especially the wings and pizza, and the prices are reasonable for what you get. Staff was friendly and kept things moving, even when it was busy. Overall, it’s a solid place to hang out with friends, play pool, grab food, and stay out late without feeling overwhelmed.“

“After a long, lackluster day of a birthday—I went to Lulu cafe. And it was the best way possible to conclude my birthday last night. The vibe was really chill and energetic at the same time. The staff as well as the customers just made it a wonderful place to celebrate with my friends. The karaoke rooms had great sound quality and everything about it was designed for a good time. I will definitely be back. Everyone was dancing and getting hyped, even if they were just sitting down and drinking. It was like being on an episode of Adventure Time. High energy, humorous and just solid times.“

“Had an amazing dinner at The Simon. The restaurant looks beautiful with a great bar and interior. The drinks were excellent—we tried the Veranda and Lake Anne Smoke cocktails. The Carolina Gold Rice Risotto was my favorite. Great service and a wonderful experience overall.“
