“The gluten free options here are amazing! We’re coming from Baltimore and DC to eat here and it’s well worth the drive. Not to mention the very hospitable staff. 10/10, ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️“

“I always check out the other patrons at a restaurant when it's my first time, as the locals, and people who are from that culture would know the food best.
I've been to this restaurant a few times now, since I wanted to give there vast menu some justice before I decided to give my review. It's Vietnamese food, but very different, and a large menu with so much to choose from.
The gentleman who waited on me was the same every time, and he is so patient and helpful, explained the menu well, and made recommendations too.
I tried the flat noodle stir fry the first time on a rainy afternoon, along with the crispy pork and taro eggrolls, which were very tasty, but slightly greasy, of course they are fried!
The second time was during a heatwave, and it was uncomfortably hot inside. The air conditioning seemed to be struggling, there were ceiling fans, table top fans, but I was still sweating, especially while trying to eat my confit Duck Noodles. Never had his dish before, and my Vietnamese friend suggested it. The broth is light, and delicious, with a hint of star anise and herbs, it also had greens that looked like lettuce, and Shitake mushrooms that were succulent, the duck was so tender cooked to perfection and not gamey.
I also got the chicken & beef with crispy egg noodles that reminded me of the Chinese bird's nest.
The mini chicken rolls, were such a perfect appetizer served with sweet & sour sauce, along with their house chili oil, which has a slight tingle of Schezuan peppercorns, I loved it.
The Salty Plum Drink is my favorite, and was perfect on a hot day.
There is so much more to discover at this restaurant, and I will definitely be back, just not on a hot day.“

“There are many Vietnamese restaurants in this area, but Bếp Việt stands out when you need to host someone for a nice bowl of Phở or some Vietnamese specialty dishes.
This is our second time coming here after experienced a fabulous dinner a few months ago.
This time we come for lunch, and for Phở.
The restaurant is well decorated, elegant but still very cozy
The four of us ordered Phở for lunch with different kinds, there is only one size, the taste was very good.
There were only 2 persons working during a Monday, it was not packed but we noticed a lots of phone orders and pick ups.
The gentleman, probably the manager was very cordial, a young lady server was efficient on deliver the food to tables.
We like this place and it will be our go to when we have relatives or friends coming to town
4 Bowls of Pho, one iced tea, 3 waters, total $80 (tips included)“

“I had the chicken pho: tasty broth, generous portions of sliced, light-meat chicken, and the expected accompanying add-ons. Homemade limeade (made with my request for less sugar) was the perfect complement. Attentive service and colorful, cheerful, low-key vibe made for a wonderful lunch experience. To go order: banh mi (chicken) and fresh rolls with pork and shrimp. Look forward to returning soon. Chicken soup for the soul!“

“Gracious staff welcomed us in. The restraunt was very clean and the decor is beautiful. There are so many vegan options on the menu, it's hard to decide what to try first. We ordered the brown rice garden rolls, pad thai and congee. Everything was delicious. We plan to be frequent customers, and maybe eventually we'll be able to try everything on the menu.“

“Little Saigon is a friendly and welcoming white-tablecloth restaurant offering an extensive Vietnamese menu of deliciously prepared and graciously served appetizers, entrees, and side dishes. On this, our first visit, we were seeking pho, and were amply rewarded with generous snd delicious servings of both a chicken pho and a beef pho, and our vegetarian Spring rolls were a great start. We’ll return soon to sample more of their enticing menu.“

“We stayed in Virginia for 2 days, but this was the only restaurant we kept coming back for because their bun bo was delicious, and that comes from southern Californians who frequently have authentic, good bun bo. We tried many other items on the menu as well. All was great & so fresh! Our 2nd favorite was stir-fried baby clam with crispy rice paper.
Aside from delicious food, their service was absolute gold. Very friendly, welcoming staff. Beautiful decoration. They offered to take our photos with dedication, making sure we leave with beautiful photos. They also gave each of us a small, delicious dessert at the end of our meal.
Highly recommend this restaurant. Will come back when I'm in town again.“

“Com Tan Suon cha trung (combination grill pork) reminds me how my mom used to make it. Other places do offer same dish but those are taste like restaurant quality. The appeal to this dish is the cut of pork used to make or break this dish. I personally recommend add extra piece of pork chop in case the one that initially given is not enough…which justifies why the cut of pork used is important. Some place either give u fried egg or meatloaf…but not both. (Especially true to outside eden center). This place does give u both the meatloaf and fried egg.“

“I was surprised how good the food was. The dish was decorated so lovely too. The restaurant is spotless! love that cleanliness! Don't let the corridor outside of the restaurant to discourage you. Com'on in for a taste of unbelieveable good Vietnamese food. I heard that if you are a frequent guest, the owner will offer you a special flanc for dessert on the house! I was also told that its phở gà (chicken pho) is excellent!!!“

“Food was great! Don’t let the emptiness scare you. The restaurant is kinda hidden in the mall on the entrance end of the Eden center. The service was great! The lady is kind of checking on you to make sure your needs are met and the food is great. Hu tieu Nam Vang was great, great sauce and toppings. Their signature “Bánh ướt dĩa chồng dĩa Buôn Mê Thuộc” aka rice paper plate on plate was good with rice paper to wrap with herbs and different hams like chạo tôm (shrimp paste wrapped on sugar cane, vietnamese ham, grilled pork) and 3 different sauces (fish sauce, fermented fish sauce, and peanut sauce). Bánh bèo is good. I’m used to Hue style which the rice batter is thinner but this is still good.“

“If you care a lot about service, you wouldn’t enjoy this place. But if you like pho for a good price, it would be worth it to come here.
Like a lot of the other reviews, the staff is efficient at what they do but they don’t care for any pleasantries. The Pho came out quickly after we ordered even though the restaurant was packed on a weekday afternoon. After that, our waiter never checked in with us again.
The pho itself tasted good and had big portions. Meat quality was decent as well. They do use good amount of MSG that I can taste.
Be sure to bring cash for when you pay at the register! Otherwise you will have to use their ATM.“

“Outstanding restaurant that defines excellence! Every aspect of our meal was perfect from the amuse-bouche to the final petit fours. The service was world-class with staff who clearly take pride in their craft. The seasonal menu showcases the finest ingredients prepared with remarkable skill. The sommelier's recommendations were inspired. A truly memorable dining experience!“

“The food here is so delicious and authentic. I lived in Vietnam for ~18 months, and I haven't tasted many of the flavors I did at Bánh Cuốn Thăng Long in the nearly six years since I've been home. It was a lovely and nostalgic experience.
I ordered mì quảng and bánh cuốn Thăng Long. I hadn't had either of these in the States before. Because my husband is less familiar with Vietnamese food and was a little hesitant about the things I wanted, we also ordered gỏi cuốn tôm thịt and bún thịt nướng chả giò for a little more familiarity, as he had already tried these in other restaurants.
The bánh cuốn was made well and the nước chấm was delicious. I am somewhat hesitant about chả lụa, but this meat was flavorful and I enjoyed it. It also came with shrimp cakes, which was new to me. They were crispy, but not very flavorful.
The gỏi cuốn was fresh and warm and came with warm peanut sauce. This was new to my husband, and he remarked that the textures and temperature were different from what he was used to, but for me it felt like I was right back on the streets of Saigon.
The mì quảng was so fragrant and the pork inside was so flavorful. This was a dish I'd only had once or twice when I was in Vietnam, and it made me regret not having it more. It was SO good. The herbs and vegetables that came with it have names I never learned (besides like mint and cilantro), but they are so delicious and perfect. Would absolutely recommend this dish.
I tried the chả giò in my husband's dish, and it was the first time I've had good Vietnamese fried spring rolls in the USA. I didn't taste any of the rest of his bún thịt nướng, but he enjoyed it, and it looked great.
This was way too much food for two people, but I was just so excited to try everything. We ate as much as we could and left feeling very very full, but it was worth it.
Note that the prices reflected in the most recent menus posted on Google are not accurate, as prices have increased from last year. We spent $70 after tax and tip (this being an abnormally large amount of food for two people, so it's understandable).“
“Best Bun Bo Hue (translates to English as Spicy Vietnamese Beef Noodle Soup) in the DMV. This is a little hole in the wall restaurant located in Eden Center. We usually have the duck salad to start. In case you haven't had the opportunity, Bun Bo Hue broth tastes rich and deep, spicy, with a hint of sweet, citrusy lemongrass. Be sure to add the fresh herbs to your bowl, they really enhance the flavor of the soup. The sliced cabbage adds texture and crunch while the noodles are perfectly thick and chewy. I highly recommend taking the drive to Falls Church for this dish alone.“
“Đồ ăn hải sản, Miền Trung style, nhậu rất ngon. Có karaoke ? chơi thoải mái.Unbelievably affordable price, the sizes of the King Oysters came out looked stunning. The overall dishes look and taste great. Must try!!I did not mind the small and lack of table spaces, it made this place feel more cozy, warmed, and welcoming with the additional karaoke. The open vibe is truly unique to stores commonly found across southeast Asia. I will come back with more friends.“

“Stopped by Banh Mi So 1 at Eden Center and grabbed a Dac Biet and a grilled chicken banh mi. The baguette was thinner and smaller than the typical banh mi, which was a bit disappointing. The flavors were decent, but I expected more since it’s in Eden Center. Overall, nothing too special. I had taken the banh mi to go with the veggies on the side. You can see the quantity of meat in the banh mi with and without the veggies. Three banh mi cost $20 USD!“
“Cơm tấm le truc inside @corner_space_eden
Back to my roots with comforting vietnamese food in a modern & casual setting.
✨️ Cơm tấm: Traditional vietnamese plate that comes with lemongrass pork chop, steamed pork & egg meatloaf, fried egg, bì, rice with fish sauce and pickled radish/carrots.
✨️Hot stone phõ: Phõ served in a hot stone with everything on the side to be cooked how you liked.
✨️ Bò né: Sizzling beef & eggs served with rice or banh mi.
For those that don't know, I'm half vietnamese and spent a lot of time at eden centre growing up, so I absolutely LOVED this meal with the home-y & comforting flavours of my childhood.
I plan on visiting more often with this being my 2nd time back at eden already this year!

“I can’t say enough great things about this tiny family owned and run business, first we were greeted with a huge smile, seated immediately and watered within a min, this from our 60/70 year old server. He was very helpful and went out of his way to make sure we had a memorable meal. The food is amazing , really really amazing. The freshest ingredients is all they serve and holy smokes the serving sizes are amazing. We ordered a lot of food and ate every single thing. I will be back allot. Thank you“

“This shop specialises in sugarcane drinks and other Vietnamese street food. Very pricey but the drinks are very good. I would recommend sugarcane with durian if you have never tried before. I would probably only come here for a special treat. Have the real one in Vietnam instead.“

“I had banh mi for lunch at just $7.25. The bread was light and crispy, and the filling had a distinctly local flavor—though the meat did taste a bit like canned meat. That might not be for everyone, but I actually enjoyed the authentic feel of it.“

“Always an amazing experience. My favorite is the Bo Luc Lac in either salad or hot stone bowl. Pictured you will see both ways. The crispy rolls are great, summer rolls with both shrimp/pork version or bbq pork version. The pho is amazing. Fried rice is a generous portion of seafood/meat. By far the best Bo Luc Lac in the area; tried close to 10 others. Always room to sit down but busy. Love walking the hallways in Eden Center, it's like you're in Vietnam. The staff is very welcoming and nice, you'll see the same three ladies every visit.“
